I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new Mercedes. The process was stress free and pleasant. Ask for Ben, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth.

On behalf of myself and my husband, I would like to express our sincere appreciation to Ray, and his assistant Stephanie, for their excellent customer service. My experience started when I dropped by the dealership and talked to Ray, who was highly recommended by a family friend that had bought multiple Mercedes models from him previously. As one of the previous reviewers mentioned, I had to answer a few questions from Mercedes’ checklist from Mercedes Canada, and long story short, I did not qualify. These are some of the checklist every purchaser have to fill out: 1. Customer had a luxury vehicle to trade in. - I have a BMW X5 but I’m not trading in as I’m giving it to my son. 2. Customer is driving a late model luxury vehicle. - my X5 is not a late model. 3. A current Mercedes owner? - No 4. Customer must lease or finance the vehicle. - No I went home disappointed, and talked to my friend about what had happened, and he offered to accompany me to Mercedes the following day to try and help out. I didn’t expect much and was adamant since I wasn’t qualified, let alone buying a vehicle. The next day, after finding out what needed to be done to get the vehicle, my friend helped us and acted as a guarantor, and with that, Ray was able to work with the manager to provide us with a vehicle that we purchased at the end of October 2021. Stephanie, his assistant, was amazing throughout the process. She is extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes vehicles, and always answered our numerous questions in a patient and accurate manner which helped things run smoothly. We would normally have gone to Ray with some of the car related issues, but Stephanie was able to help us and save Ray the hassle. It’s that kind of flexibility and her dedication on her job that gave Ray’s job peace of mind. For example, when we were given the wrong floor mats twice from the parts department, Stephanie followed through in an extremely timely manner and eventually, we received the proper ones. We are extremely appreciative of all the help she provided us, and can’t say enough good things about her.

Fantastic experience when buying the car,Salil was very helpful right from the approval process till the car delivered.Two thumbs up! Services department has always been delayed for all types of servicing,I guess either they are over booked, or poosibly too popular for their work or too slow to get the work done!

Wrong place to do the service. With nearly the most expensive service but they did not even repair the sensor. It took forever waiting for the shuttle brings you home. One of the staff just let you write down the address and leave WITHOUT telling the driver that I need a shuttle. I waited for one and half hour then I came to the other staff and wrote down my address again. Half an hour later, the driver finally came. The driver was nice though. I will issue an complaint tomorrow. Total waste of time, nobody cares about you, all they want is money.

I signed a contract in Oct. 2021 for a new 2022 GLA250 with Expected Delivery of Dec. 30, 2021. I picked up my new car on April 11, 2022, which I was very understanding given the world circumstances and supply issues. I was advised that the price had increased by just over $1000 despite the contract indicating "Sales Final" and "this contract is final and binding......" Extremely disappointing experience with a reputable company like MB. This is not the end of it. This review is ONLY for the Sales Manager who is the one that sets and approves the final price. It does NOT in any way reflect the excellent customer service provided by the Sales Consultant.

Had the worst experience from the service department reception today. I have only owned this car for less than 3 years, and now the window by the driver’s side is not able to open/scroll down. To be able to open the window is extremely important, especially for these rainy days, because rear mirrors get foggy when we drive from outdoor to indoor parking even with the AC on. The service reception said that they can book me in to check up the next day, but not sure how long will take to fix the issue. That I completely understand, so of course I requested a rental during the service, otherwise I would not be able to go anywhere and work. However, he said need to wait 3 weeks for the free rental service unless I was willing to pay instead. I was outraged and told him that my previous BMW would provide me a vehicle right away. The reception guy said BMW is β€œnot as busy as us.” I questioned him, said that since β€œbenz is busier that’s why you provide worse service?” I have been in here many times, and the service representatives were always agreeable and professional. However, the service management team needs better people to manage. I am not sure if all the benz locations are the same quality of service. I definitely won’t come back to this location again for my next vehicle. This company is profiting off us consumers, yet their costumer service quality is clearly lacking. I am extremely disappointed.

Scheduled test drive with sales rep. He was meant to be off on that day so he arranged for another sales rep. Arrived for test drive and I was left in limbo for quite sometime since the replacement sales rep was also out that time. After a while someone came to help us. He spoke with us for a minute, helped us get into a car and test drive. No doubt the car was good. But our first impression & experience with this dealer made us uncomfortable. Too bad they lost a customer.

Hands down the best dealership and staff! From beginning to end this was a10 star experience!!! My husband and I were looking to trade in my lease early and find a larger vehicle to suit our lifestyle. After a few visits to other dealerships, we landed in Markham. I cannot say enough about the elevated professionalism and genuine amazing experience we had at the Markham location. We were blown away by the customer service and value that they were able to provide. Jason and Ben were incredible at making us feel so good about our purchase. When I showed up to pick up my vehicle, there was a huge ribbon on it. This was beyond all of our expectations!!! Do not go to any other dealership, you will not be disappointed!!!!!
