β β β β β I picked up my Mazda3 Anniversary and really happy with my purchase. There was a minor defect on my vehicle which Arjun the salesperson acted so fast and responsibly followed up with the Part Dept. and got it replaced. During the negotiations with Arjun and the team, I was so satisfied that they listened to my needs and figured out the way to match the numbers through my satisfaction. Really recommend them if you're looking to replace your car and wanna be happy with your purchase.

β β β β β I have been Markham Mazda customer for longer than 12 years - I had outstanding customer support and service during the years when John S. is the Service Manager - him and his stuff put the customer needs first and gain quickly their trust. I am so glad that John is back and that the management has changed. It does not tale much but it means a lot to have people who genuinely care about the customers and this attitude for sure brings profits to the dealership. β β β β β This dealership is not professional; the salesman didn't explain any functionalities of the car and the car really just sold itself. It's really not just the one salesman, the manager is rude as well. They've made some empty promises on when they can deliver the vehicle without even checking for the availability. The office is also quite dirty. There's way better options for Mazda dealerships, I would advise to choose another one.

He was very courteous and professional. We highly recommend checking out this dealership because the prices are reasonable and you won't feel that pressure to buy a car like other dealerships.

β β β β β Let me start by saying I am a self-confessed, painfully detail-oriented person.....just ask my wife ;-). I'm also a rabid car enthusiast, and only replace my vehicles every 10 - 15 years. The combination of these factors makes for a lengthy and intense purchase process for me. I live in Calgary, and found the vehicle I wanted listed with Markham Mazda. The sales process was complicated due to the distance between us and the fact I was not able to personally get out to the dealership to check out the car prior to purchasing it. I connected with my salesperson, Anson Wong, who provided outstanding service! He patiently answered my many questions, and honoured my requests related to the shipping of the vehicle to Calgary. His friendly, open, clear communication, and quick, detailed responses to my many questions, was much appreciated! And all of this was happening during the period when he lost his mother, and all of the challenges he faced while working through that process/period.
If you're considering purchasing a Mazda, I would strongly encourage you to connect with Anson, as I know he'll provide excellent service! The car landed in Calgary safely, in mint condition! Thx again Anson!

β β β β β Service advisor was fantastic at the Markham showroom. The advisor named Arjun was so knowledgeable and helped us to find the perfect model car , he gave us multiple options on car models according to the features and pricing availabilities. The car was great with most of the features and the performance . I would rate 5 for the experience we had with the Staff who helped us . Hats off to the staff for answering all our questions without hesitation and spending time to explain about the car details .
Overall , very happy with the purchase and the experience we had with Mazda . If you are looking for a great car with better suggestions on models I would recommend Markham Mazda showroom .
