★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. They don’t know how to talk to their customers. Instead of apologizing, they argue with people which is not acceptable. Horrible place!
Now they are even arguing in the chat! Wow you guys instead of writing down an essay just say “Sorry” as a normal owner would do. This will make your lives easier. I don’t even know how you guys still exist in the market. Jeff and Dwayne - have the worst customer service skills - you guys should learn how to talk to customers. Definitely going to report your store to apple - you guys don’t deserve a cent of any of us. Don’t even bother to argue further now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They fixed a 2 devices that were under warranty. The repairs were done in 3 days due to waiting for parts from Apple. Great place to go without an appointment and no waiting time when you arrive. Free parking right at the door. More convenient than going to an Apple store in a mall. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the apple store was unable to help me with changing the battery for my old iPhone due to not having any in stock, I went to Glitch Fix. They were able to change it in less than an hour. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. Price for the replacement battery was the same as the apple store, but I did have to pay for labour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accidentally broke the screen on my girlfriends macbook pro. Jaytee at the store was able to come up with a quote and provide speedy service for us. On top of all this, they're an apple authorized service centre so I knew we would be getting a proper job done. Highly recommend this place if you need a repair done quick and don't have time to wait for apple to take months and charge thousands for a simple repair!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had wonderful experiences at this Thornhill location repeatedly. I went there several times and have been served by both Dwayne and Jeff. These men provided outstanding service each time.. They never pushed any type of service , but would provide valuable information without charge. I actually became eager to give them business because I trusted them so much.. I finally had that opportunity yesterday and, as expected, had excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome customer service, super fast, and top notch professionalism. Will recommend all my friends and family to Glitch Fix for any repairs and upgrades going forward. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly, explaining everything thoroughly and answering all questions. Prices are very fair and the turnaround is reasonable. I wish they offered an option to tip on their POS. I’d happily tip for the excellent service any time I need to get some work taken care of here! Thanks, everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and friendly staff. Brought my Mac air for service, I needed the keyboard replaced. Some if the keys stopped working. Apple sent me to Glitch fix for service. The rep at the store was friendly and knowledgeable and the laptop was ready in about a week. I received a phone call updating me on the status after a day or two of dropping it off. It was a very good experience from start to end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I have not read and of the reviews however I have offered to provide my opinion which is this company is more than fair in their fees for service and information regarding issues. I recently bought a used Mac Book Pro at a discounted price to the new products and I was extremely pleased with the quality of the machine I got. It was thoroughly tested with some of the basic components replaced giving this machine a brand new look and feel.
Also they have been responsive for any questions I have had after the purchase. So for that I give them five stars because I couldn't ask for any more.
