You can always find your own one in their inventory. Their manager Bee is extremely helpful and nice, she helped me place this very first BMW order! Very satisfied!!

β β β β β I highly recommend to purchase your vehicle in this dealership because overall their customer service is excellent, especially the sales consultant Andy and the delivery specialist Ken are so professional and well knowledgeable in models I was looking for, giving me good advice among used and new models. Overall I am so satisfied and impressed with their pre and after sale service.

β β β β β A couple of weeks ago we picked up our X5 M package. ANDREI PODEANU ( Delivery Specialist) was very eager to show us the many different features of the vehicle. His explanations were very clear and informative. This he did with great ease and didnβt make us look or sounded stupid when we asked basic questions, but instead answered politely. He is really great at what he does, and very enthusiastic about his job. Since leaving there I have even texted him with questions regarding our X5, and again he answered without making me feel like itβs a bother. ANDREI continue doing what you do best! You made us feel like a real part of BMW Autohaus family. Thanks a million!!

He explained the features of the car in great details to our teenage daughter, yet he was also kind and funny to make the whole process engaging. The whole process from the point of sale to delivery was smoother that I could have imagined. They both went above and beyond to provide the best experience for me ..
