β β β β β I had reserved a mini van a week before and one hour before the pick up time they called to tell me that there was no car available for me! What a horrible experience as it ruined all my plans.

β β β β β Terrible customer service and an overall uncomfortable experience. The man at the front desk was extremely rude to me and other customers, made me wait a very long time on purpose, and I had to clean the snow off the car by myself. Yet he still had the audacity to ask me to leave a good review for the location. Previously they've cancelled my car rental the night before so I had to scramble to find another rental, and did not refund the deposit until 4 months later.
Car rental may be cheaper but the horrible service and headache isn't worth it. Id give zero stars if I can.
