β β β β β Made a reservation, arrived at the store, sign says Open but no one opened the door, there was no one inside, I kept calling and knocking for 20 min but nobody was inside. Had to change my pickup to another location. 0 stars if I could.

β β β β β I booked a uhual here. They gave me the excuse that I needed to double confirm to solidify my booking. I did not get the truck even after booking it online. These guys at the front were rude and unhelpful. They wouldn't even deal with Uhaul themselves to rectify the issue. Do not book anything here. I even had a face covering and they told me it was not acceptable to enter the store. They kept telling me to wait outside for no good reason. DO NOT BOOK HERE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE GTA.

β β β β β Really effectiveness staff. I've done a reservation online and only takes staff 5-10 min to finish up my booking for the key. Recommand people that are in a rush to book a Uhaul here

β β β β β Reserved a U haul Truck online, When I went there they said they cancelled the reservation. Reason Given was that they had had called me to confirm but I didn't attend which is odd since I did do an online check in. They said they had no trucks when i reached there. However, two guys with the same ethnicity as the front desk guy came in and got a truck.
The Front desk guy was rude and unhelpful. I would suggest renting any other location than this one. I feel they were being racist.

β β β β β I rented a U-HAUL truck which I had to pick up at this location. We rented a van which required a $100 deposit. At Aucomm my credit card MISTERIOUSLY was declined. My companion tried with his as well and it was declined as well. The sales guy was really rude and didn't explain or offer any assistance. The only way we could get a car was to give a $300 IN CASH and take a more expensive rental, a truck, which we did not needed. This company had a flaw system that declined cards without any reason and we were the ones that had to pay the price. When I returned the car, they gave me back the remaining amount and again, CONVENIENTLY, they did not have change so they took 75 CENTS from my money once again. Very shady and bad service. I would not recommend this location at all.
PS I had to rent a car from Uhaul again so I used the app to avoid treating with this company. It was easier and more convenient. AVOID TROUBLE, USE THE APP

β β β β β Booked a U-Hual cargo van for my move and I'm really happy with both the service and price. Nice employees, clear instructions (since it's my first time renting) and fair price. No mistake in mileage calculation (Just keep in mind to take a photo of the mileage before and after so they can do the math) Strongly recommend renting vehicle from this location.

β β β β β Did a car rental from this branch before, great service and clean car, overall great experience. Today I tried to rent a Uhaul from them. They explained its a extremely busy schedule but after notice that I only need the truck for couple hours they still rented to me. Really friendly staff!!!! Recommend!

β β β β β I actually had quite a good experience with this car rental place. I read the reviews and was apprehensive but I rented a Uhaul van from them and I could pre-book and submit everything online. On pick-up day, the staff at the front counter was polite and answered all my questions. Drop off after hours was easy. Instructions were clear, car was clean, and the website was clear to in how to take photos and how to check the vehicle. I was not hit with any unexpected charges and it was a generally pleasant experience! Would happily rent from them again
