β β β β β Outstanding service from the manager Clavery who went out of his way to accommodate our last minute schedule change. Since first using this location two years ago, we've had only good experiences. We previously used Hertz but now only come here - the service and (often) upgrades are fantastic.

β β β β β This is my main car rental place, and I used them many times over the last few summers -- I waited too long to leave this review, but I thought it's better late than never.
Clavery Jarrett is kind, professional, and extremely helpful.
He's saved my a$$ several times now, and I can't thank him enough:
β’ He offered to check my returned rental car when I called him about my girlfriend's missing wallet -- he found the wallet (with all the cash and IDs inside untouched), and he asked me relevant questions when I came to pick it up so that he could verify that I was the one who called.
β’ One of my rentals was scheduled close to 3pm, but I wasn't aware that the store would close at 3pm. He called me with 5 minutes before closing and asked if I still wanted to pick up my reservation. I rushed down to the store (I live close, so it was easy to get there fast), and he patiently helped process me and get me on my way. I really needed the rental for that day and would have been screwed if he didn't call me and just closed up for the day.
The cars are clean and the prices are good. I've never had any issues with this location.
Sometimes they don't have inventory, and I have to use a competitor -- I usually try to book my cars online in advance from their website. Also, at the time I was using their website, it was slow and showed me incorrect information when I changed my reservation -- even though in their system all the information was correct -- but I could still successfully book from the website.
My experience in-store has been great, though. Thank you.

β β β β β I was here today to pick up a car, they refused my g2 licence since it was expired but die to covid is valid until end of the year by the government.
Another guy in front of me didnβt get the car because they overbooked and he had to pick the car from another location.
Very ride representative, never come here waste of time.

β β β β β I booked a car a month ago for Victoria day long weekend and I confirmed the reservation with their main office two times. The last time was this morning which they assured me that they have a car for me. I just got a call from this location asking me if I know who is calling?! and proceeding to tell me that they don't have a car (a day before long weekend). They seem to have no problem yelling at you over the phone and suggesting to book a car from another company, which by the way is impossible a day before long weekend.
I have booked hotel and I have a trip planned and it is too late to cancel any of my reservations. They have created a big problem for me and their approach for handling client's problems is quite unprofessional.
I do not recommend booking a car from this location and company.
