N	Nikki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less than a day before closing, they tell me that my mortgage was rejected. They NEVER communicated with me and kept telling my mortgage would be closed. THEN SHE PRESSURED ME TO A PRIVATE LENDER. I cant wait to see them go out of business. They want to ruin your life and only care about $$$$. DO NOT GO TO THEM OR RMA MORTGAGE. PERIOD. All of the 5 star reviews are a lie!

She was able to get me the maximum mortgage amount with the minimum down payment and interest rate from a Canadian bank. The process was so easy as they took care of many things and guided me step by step through the process. Now at the end of the day, I am so happy and satisfied with my decision. Definitely, next time I won't need to search.

She will offer you the worst possible rates when push comes to shove. I wish there was a rating lower than 1 star.

She deliberately put me in a vicious cycle . was qualify for A or even B lenders at the time I closed the deal ,but she put me in the worst case scenario which was Private lender. Later, I noticed she had a close relationship with those private lenders and received a significant commission from them . She structure 2 mortgages as a 1st and 2nd mortgages with 7 and 9 % respectively . She acted as a con artist rather than a professional to support her client . Unfortunately, she caused a lot of financial loss on me ONLY for her personal interest . She has to pay the price for unprofessionalism and unethical behavior and attitude. More importantly though, she did the same scenarios for other clients that I know 3 of them . To Make a Long Story Short, please be cautious when you want to select a Mortgage Broker particularly in this hot market status quo .
