He is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, supportive and has that positive vibe in his communication which takes away your stress involved in the process of buying a home. He knows the market really well, listens to you very patiently and provides with the best advice. We were able to get our mortgage approved in record time.
We have dealt with some really bad mortgage agents in the past who made the house purchasing process very stressful and had very little knowledge about the market as well. On the other hand Jas Singh made our home purchasing journey very smooth and without any hassle. He went above and beyond and did everything in his power to make the process seamless and quick. I have nothing but positive things to say about him. I would recommend him to everyone looking to purchase a home and would definitely love to work with him again if I need to get another mortgage. Highly recommend!
