β β β β β I regularly get parts from Acura of North Toronto. Recently I got timing belt and water pump replaced on my MDX. The whole service experience was beyond imagination. Their communication was top notch. Shab provides great leadership to the service team. Patrick provides great customer service. Although I used to service my MDX myself. Their customer management skills make me rethink. I would rather get my car serviced at this dealership. If there is someone else who can take better care of my car than me that is the team at Acura of North Toronto.

When i explained the situation, Patrick was able to assist and rectify all in the same day I also was very pleased to hear all was covered under warranty. β β β β β I had a great experience with Acura of North Toronto, service department. When my car had an issue, they supported me all the way. Shab, service dep. manager called me to assure I will be taken care of.
Patrick Rodriguez took so much effort for expediting the parts to arrive and providing a courtesy car replacement asap.
They always were friendly and welcoming.
I appreciate their time, effort and understanding.
