Dr. Kafai and his team have always been there to resolve and treat issues. Rocky had a successful surgery (fix him), in addition to that, whenever there are any issues with Rocky, Dr. Kafai and his team are there to help! He is a talented, knowledgeable, and professional doctor! That's why I'm proud of him!??
G	Gary Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend took our puppy here after we had a negative experience in another clinic (Yonge Street Animal Hospital) to get his last vaccine shot and to get microchipped. The staff there were very lovely and affectionate to our dog and gave excellent service at fairly low prices (about half of our previous clinic). I will take my dog there again in the future and would recommend it to anyone else that requires a good vet!

I quickly called explained what was my issue and the receptionist booked me an appointment right away, Very informational and professional. Everything was quick fast and easy. Everything was explained during the visit along with more knowledge. My puppy is feeling much better.

Dr Kafai didn’t yesterday when I called he gave advice on my dog wincing in pain. He said let him rest. If he isn’t better tomorrow bring him. We brought him in today. Examined the dog explained what he found. Gave a diagnosis without saying I have to do CT scan or X-ray. He said this is what I think here is the remedy and if it gets worse we will look further. What I’m saying is he could have asked for more money he didn’t. Very reasonable price , professional thank you so much Dr Kafai
A	Annesha H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When our regular vet was closed a few months ago, we went here. Our cat was throwing up many times a day and we didn't know what to do. Dr Mir was extremely patient and talked us through our options. He was gentle, kind and probably provided one of the best experiences we had in such a scary situation. We had to return a few weeks later because he kept throwing up (we had chosen a more conservative treatment option the time before), and Dr Mir remembered us and was again great with our cat and genuinely cared about helping him. It wasn't about the money. We weren't rushed. We were able to stay with our cat the whole time. It was truly all about choosing the right path for our pet, who is now ok.

Dr. Kafai kept the phone right in his chest pocket for immediate response. He was caring, understanding and knowledgeable. My experience: My puppy passed away at home late night on a Sunday. My vet was not opened so I called Dr. Kafai Veterinary Hospital and right away he picked up. I was really emotionally unstable and lost but he kept me on track with simple questions and told me to head over right away. Unfortunately when I got there we just confirmed that she has left us. He gave me my privacy when I had to mourn for my pet. He gave me tissue when I cried. He offered the after services and everything was done with care. I called back at nearly midnight when I was a bit more stable and he still picked up Thank you for being there for us.
O	Onyx Money Drops on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was searching for a 24 hour vet that would be able to take care of my cat ASAP. I tried calling MANY different places and I could not get anyone to look at him. When I called Dr. Kafai, he asked how long it would take me to get there and told me to come right over. When we arrived we were taken care of and even given a private room where they gave him food and a litter box. The procedures were not cheap, however I do feel that they were priced competitively. Thank you Dr. Kafai and staff for taking care of me and Onyx in our time of need.

When it became apparent that our dog was in pain and would no longer have a good quality of life, Dr Kafai helped to ease our loyal pet's suffering in a very humane and respectful way. Dr Kafai came to our home (outside) and once the family had had time with our dog, Dr Kafai administered the medication. Once the procedure was complete, he then took away the body for cremation. The remains were returned to us a week or two later in a nice wooden box with the name engraved. (It has been removed in the below pic) We appreciated Dr. Kafai's expertise and experience during this time when the decisions were so difficult.
