Totally a new machine and what Harley should’ve put out off the line if it wasn’t for the EPA. Due to past experiences ELSEWHERE (metric bikes), I am very particular when it comes to my motorcycles. I have received complimentary washes and maintenance work (elsewhere) which has been nightmare fuel. From deep scratches to loose fuel lines which disconnected on the highway. Such negative experiences that I have learned how to detail/maintain my own rides. This dealership's service/ parts dept, in-house detailer, front desk, and management has always gone above and beyond in every interaction while always exemplifying what a dealership should be. Knowledgeable and capable. Would recommend trusting Pfaff Harley with your ride.

Real happy with the overall result. I experienced a discrepancy with my billing because it was the end of the month and too many customers were picking their bike on the same day however the dealership controller personally handled the transaction.. I also took a plunge to have them detail and buff my black bike. Initially I wasn't going to go down that path because the fee was $375. Let me tell you it was worth every penny. At first glance my eyes went to the fairing were there was previously a fairly large scuff mark on the left side. It was so glaring to me that at one point I was just going to get a can of spray paint and cover it up. The scuff was gone and as a result I didn't even notice the new lights because I was so impressed with the detailing job. The bike came out looking brand spanking new thanks to their detailing technician. if you look at the front fender you will see the reflection of the headlamp. Thank you Pfaff Harley-Davidson.

The process was so smooth from ordering to regular monthly, then weekly updates . What a great experience. I suggest if your buying a new or used Harley call Greg Katz , 5 stars are not enough of a congratulations for a sales professional that he is. I had a full store introduction of clothing and parts and service . The team responded amazing to my needs and very welcoming . I picked up my New bike yesterday it was spotless and serviced and full of fuel . I basically drove it out of the showroom . Greg was so patient educating me on all the new technology features on the Street Glide . I have been blessed to own a few over the years but this one is WOW! Harley really nailed it with the new 107 and 114 big applause to Harley Davidson and their dealer Pfaff Harley Davidson Toronto . A definite 10 star model for all Hd dealers to follow . G P Toronto
