A	Allison Benn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience! I hadn’t had my hair cut in a long time because I’m growing it, but really needed to get rid of the split/dead ends. Frank did such a nice job and didn’t cut off too much! The front staff were also so friendly and the girl who washed my hair was so good - so relaxing. Highly recommend :)

I was never told someone else was doing my hair. I had to ask where is Frank (the owner). Was told he’s busy cutting someone’s hair and that she would be doing it. Owner said it was a mix up even though it was a confirmed appointment with him (email confirmation too). He told me I should have stopped him when he was with another client and blamed it as a schedule error with front desk. Nothing was done to rectify the problem. Was charged full price as if the owner did it while it was done by a junior person. My receipt says service done by Frank. When it was done by a shampoo girl. They did not rectify the situation and just blamed the schedule. Really bad customer service. Nothing against the girl that did the colour. I am upset as I was booked with the owner but did not receive service with him. Very disappointed. I’m posting this review to help others ensure you get who you book with. But I personally will not be going back. Lost a customer and my 2 daughters who will also not be going back. Terrible experience and worst customer service.

Please ask for ARI if you need an amazing balayage cut and style. She is so sweet and so professional! Front desk staff are super kind as well. Can’t wait to go back!

R	Rachel Bruzzese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in over a month ago with medium - dark brown hair and asked for a lighter brown with gold pieces for a natural balayage and showed a few pictures. I thought all was going well and the hair colourist knew what I wanted and when I saw it blow dried it was all red and orange. The colourist then said I need to do 2-3 more sessions all costing around $300, which was never stated before. I went in again a week later because I was so embarrassed walking around with red hair. The next week she tried to tone it and it just came out more orangey. I complained to the manager and requested either a refund to get it done professionally elsewhere or to fix it. He said to come in again and they will fix it since my hair could take it and it wasn’t really damaged. So I went in and my hair turned a white blond colour with orange and red undertones. My hair was literally melting off and completely damaged. I’ve now had to spend more money cutting my hair at a different salon and buying professional repair hair masks because my hair has been falling out like crazy with split ends on every hair and it feels like straw. My hair was pretty decent before and never fell off like this. It’s concerning how much they ruined my hair. Horrible experience and really regret dying my hair, and going back to get it “fixed”.

Alexa was the hair stylist who did my hair, and I can honestly say, she was not only an amazing hair stylist but also an amazing person to talk to. She was able to finish my look exactly how I wanted it and I LOVE it ! Will definitely be going to this salon again! THANK YOU

She is one of the most talented hair stylist that i ever seen. So detail oriented and so up to date. I HIGHLY recommend her ❤️
