Minoo did a great job micro blading my eyebrows. The price is very good and it’s been a week that I have done it and I have gotten so much good comments on it. Minoo is such a sweet person and I highly recommend her.

There should be a zero stars as an option here. Such terrible customer service in store and trying to get head office to reply to a complaint. My husband purchased a flat iron for me for Christmas and told the associate that he wasn't sure if it was the right one and wanted to make sure he could return it. The associate assured him he could. I tried to return the flat iron after Christmas and was told there are no refunds, only exchanges. I called my husband and he said he was reassured more than once during his purchase in-store that the product could be returned as long as it was in original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. He was NEVER once told the store had a NO REFUND policy, nor was it displayed anywhere. When I pointed this out to the associate she said it's on the receipt and then proceeded to turn around and grab the very small sign (that her body was obstructing) behind her that was hidden in a pile of other products, and put it in front of me. This sign was not at the cash register where a customer could see it, the associate did not ever say to my husband there are no refunds. I requested they call head office because no where on their website does it say that there are no refunds. She called me back next day to say they said no refunds. My husband then sent 6 emails directly to head office between December 29 and February 5 and nobody responded. There was also no way of actually speaking to a live person as no phone number was provided anywhere. I messaged on Instagram and Facebook also. No response. It's the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. I have purchased at least 4 flat irons from this company over the years and I will never ever again buy anything from them. I just need them to stay in business until I can use my in-store credit. This whole experience has caused so much stress for my husband and I. Never again.

I had the best experience shipping for a blow dryer at this store. I was helped by Sofia who was so sweet and helped me with everything. Great stick of hair tools and products! Will return. Thank you Sofia

Customer Service is perfect. I got my full face thread with Shirin and she did a perfect job. She is fast and compared to my previous experiences, I felt so much less pain. Highly recommended??

I have been coming to this location for eyebrow threading and they ALWAYS do an amazing job! I tell all my friends to come here as well. Everyone is kind and welcoming. I will never go anywhere else for eyebrow threading.
