Very poor customer service . I took a shirt that was almost shredded on final sale that I purchased from another location and the denide refund or exchange and they told me to return it to the same location that I purchased from . I got I touched with customer service and they seem very sorry for the poor customer service.

its a very tidy store. its best if you dont go there when there is a big promotion going on because you wont be able to find staff very easily. but overall the staff are good and organized. I go there a lot. and kind of know when to go

God, just called the store to find out if they had a particular item in stock and the lady who answered the phone (Corrine?) was super rude. Actually hung up on me without saying goodbye after she checked for the item (which they didn't have, which is cool). rude rude

Just terrible I would give it zero stars District manager is a nightmare I went in once to pick up a custom ordered purse I had ordered for Christmas which they told me would be guaranteed I’d have in time. They didn’t have it and I didn’t have a gift I had ordered for someone very close and special to me... when I finally went to pick it up, the assistant manager was kindly helping me... the district manager pulled her aside and told her she was spending too much time with me! This girl was trying to fix the mistake of another associate to redeem themselves as a store! Unbelievable!!!!!! Store clearly not doing well for obvious reasons... has downsized Staff is DISGUSTINGLY RUDE I have witnessed a staff member disrespectfully tell her MANAGER how things are done. Her name is Stephanie... I sincerely hope she isn’t there any more.

Update: Roots provided me with a credit for my missing purchase. I placed an on-line order from Roots on July 10, 2020. The products were never delivered, and Roots refused to provide a refund or credit. It took customer service three months to take a position on the matter. They claim the product was delivered based upon a Fed Ex note that the goods were β€œleft with doorman”. We live in a rural single family home. There is no β€œdoorman”. This was explained to Roots. Their approach to on-line business is abysmal. I placed over 200 orders with Amazon over the past year. They ALL arrived. I placed 1 order with Roots. It’s a no show with no credit. I will never purchase another product from Roots.
