I had an extremely negative experience here. I tried to return something and the manager was extremely rude and yelled at me in front of other customers and staff, for no reason (I followed the criteria required on the website to return ). It was a horrible experience and I will never step foot in this store again.

This small store carries a variety of different items and they usually have sales. It's inside the mall. The quality is ok.

Worst customer service ever!! The manager does not have any people skills, and doesn’t encourage her staff to be courteous as well. My young teen daughter went to purchase clothing there on her own, and left the store feeling uncomfortable, due to their awful customer service. She had a SPC app to use her discount, and they refused to help her go through the process to claim it. Therefore my daughter left without her 10% discount. When I returned to express my concern, by the end, the manager and her employee were both yelling and telling me that my daughter should come in and explain herself. I told them she wouldn’t come back in because was made to feel uncomfortable. I had to leave in the middle of their yelling, without an apology nor any remorse or sense of honourship of their actions towards a young teen shopper exercising her independence in her shopping experience (which is their target market). Shame on them. I’ve been to the Upper Canada Mall Ardene, and they have the best customer service. I will not return to Hillcrest Mall Ardene.

Absolutely garbage. Avoid this place at all costs. Go to amazon, cheaper products and better quality. But most importantly actual customer service is provided. My parents came here today, they've purchased 3 (3 items for $15). As my parents walked out they realized they charged $60 instead of $45 (3*15). They immediately turned around and the agent figured out that one of the items were not in the 3 for 15 deal. However she tried to convince my mother that it was a misplaced product. My mom took her to the isle and showed her it's not the only item there, a full box there. They called the owner, manager and refused to refund my parents the money. This would be acceptable if it was my parents fault, however this is their fault and they should have resolved this in less than 5 minutes. This is the most disgusting customer service, avoid this place completely.

I went to puchase a set of PJ in the store. They did not have my size so the store clerk placed an online order for me, promising to be delivered within 5 business days. I was making a donation with the PJ which had to be collected by certain time. Two weeks on, i still have not received my order and i missed the collection deadline. I returned to the store for a refund and was told that they were unable to do so as it was an online order. They asked me to call Ardene customer service who was unable to track my order as nothing on my receipt matched their search criteria. I was then asked to send their support department an email of my enquiry Instead. Frankly, i have never encountered such a run around before. Nobody i have contacted so far was helpful or courteous. It is truly a very bad customer experience and i will not go back to Ardene again. I just hope they will process my return on a timely basis with no further follow up on my part.

I went to this location to return a large order I purchased online. Having it been my first time ordering from Ardene online , it was really nice to have the young ladies take their time and explain the return policy and cheerfully refund my purchase on a gift card. The ladies are hard working and helpful and patient. Dont know why the reviews are so low. Seems to be alot of entitled consumers , not surprised. Even though, I was in fault for failing to read the refund policy online , I did not make a scene and the ladies were so sweet and explained to me , so next time I am well aware . Thank you so much ladies for helping me today. Keep up the good work and forget the negative reviews. They are more likely the issue. I will return and recommend this store. I had a wonderful experience. Thank you.
