★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online ordering was a disaster - do not try it. Never got my order and they did not even try to make it right (no refund, no replacement), and it felt like I was getting the run around. Didn't even acknowledge there might have been an error, just victim-blamed the entire time. Disappointed because I really wanted to support small businesses but this is not how you treat customers. Will not be visiting even when things are back to normal.

I was under the impression that these expensive chocolates were worth it. But it was money down the drain.
