★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope the Hillcrest location stays as Guess "retail" stores have been closing. Promenade Guess closed down and it got replaced with a ladies' fashion store called Ayami. Overall, a nice selection of denim etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought some shirt frome Fairview location and i went to the Hillcrest location on Sunday Oct. 21st to return . The lady spoke with was very rude and refused to accept my return , even though i purchased it only a week ago. They said we can not and i have to back Fairview location ... The staff and the manager SHAHBAZ he was very rude
I can’t believe it, it was honestly such disgusting behaviour.
I hate this location worst costumer service ever .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. The employees are all rude and unwelcoming. I tried on one dress and didn't really love it so I didn't make a purchase and the employee that helped me with a fitting room rolled her eyes when I told her I didn't want it. Service needs improvement.
