★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One staff member went out of their way to help me look for a soft, bright-coloured turtleneck for a present. After walking around the store looking with me, she literally pulled out her phone and we looked on the Gap website to see if anything was similiar to what I was looking for. Unfortunately the sweater I was eyeing was sold out in the size I needed in basically all the stores. But I just really appreciated how helpful and genuine she was. Sorry I didn't get her name :(
