Please educate your staff on how to speak to customers. I was told by a middle aged blonde lady β€œmake sure you pay for that”. Maybe because I was dressed in sweatpants and a had a bum with no makeup she thought I was a thief? This is completely unacceptable behaviour and if I ever encounter this again I will be calling them out.

I always enjoy going to Sephora. Although it was much first time at this location . Apart from the long wait times the service was good. The skin expert was very helpful and helped me find the best solution for my skin concerns.

The service was awful, no one was helpful to me and many employees were just talking with one another and walking past me. Except when I finally did receive help, Tania was super amazing and took the time to go through everything with me and recommend products to me and help me find exactly what I was looking for

I love the products available at Sephora. I generally do online orders and are always ready within an hour or early the next morning if after hours. The staff are friendly and fast.

This location has an employee who basically ignores customers. Big, blond girl. Was in on Saturday and I was looking for help. Went to approach her and she turned her back, pretended she did not see me and walked to the other part of the store. This has happened before (same employee). I found what I was looking for (by myself). I spend a ton of money at Sephora, but the attitude here is just disgusting.

The service is is abysmal. I wanted to purchase a couple items and I went here during mid day. Customer foot traffic was not busy. I asked the cashier for assistance to purchase items that I had grab and she refused to help me. Blonde hair , a bit older with a headband, and responded you have to wait 10mins. I told her I was looking for help on the floor for 15mins and her colleagues didn’t acknowledge myself. I told her if she could kindly grab a new one for me and strictly refused. However her fellow colleagues on cashier was grabbing product for her client. I have worked in retail for over 10 years and for the traffic- by far the worst and unacceptable.

Had the best experience this evening. Tanya, the makeup artist, was super helpful in assisting my best friend to start using a new makeup line and was able to colour match her old products to the new ones she wanted to try. She was super friendly and had such an amazing attitude. I will definitely be going back!

Really love shopping at this Sephora in Hillcrest Mall. Staff are super friendly, welcoming and very helpful. I have been using the same shade of powder foundation for the last 3 years. So I ordered the same shade of my bareMinerals powder foundation online last Summer with my Ordinary Serums. I didn’t do too much make up these days due to pandemic and I recently found that shade didn’t match my skin color anymore. The sad news was I lost my receipt and couldn’t retrieve any record of my purchase. My plan was trying to get it exchanged with a right color or store credit. I spoke to a lovely associate, Tania, she suggested to contact the customer service to get further assistance since the purchase was a while ago. But Tania turned the whole conversation into another sale and she assisted to find the right shade for me. Tania recommend another new powder fountain for me. With 30 different shade of this Make Up Forever foundation, she was able to pick the perfect right shade for me with one attempt. When I lined up to meet another associate, Rabia at the counter, she was very nice and taking time to help tracking my purchase record but no result still. She also suggested to call customer service to get further assistance. Both ladies are cheerful and full of characters, I further purchased another 2 items from the counter even with no result getting my powder foundation exchanged. I am a very happy customer w Sephora. I will contact the customer service and hope to get some result soon!
