I've been going to multiple beauty suppliers in the greater Richmond Hill area and I can say that nothing has compared to the experience Ali the owner has given me. Ali was an amazing help when trying to find the right hair product to suit my needs and let me tell you the product he gave me works wonders, will definitely make this my one stop shop for my beauty supply needs!

They have many of the hard to find items (treatment and tint) that we usually had to order online in the US or Europe, this place saves us so much time not waiting for order deliveries to arrive. The owner and staff are knowledgeable and very friendly.

โ โ โ โ โ I had a horrible customer service experience with this store. They recommended a light brown colour for my dark brown hair and full grey roots. They assure me it will match so I buy it. After one wash, the colour is a light brown/yellow and definitely does not match. When I go back to let them know they tell me to call the manufacturer and that I chose the colour on the sample. No accountability no apology no acknowledgment that maybe they made a mistake. It was my fault that I chose the wrong colour even though they claim to be the experts. Also, the samples in the colour books from light brown to black look almost identical.
Edit: I would have probably deleted the review if they had left the response as the first line or a simple sorry. But further trying to prove their point is exactly the type of service I got in store.

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent and timely delivery. Excellent products. I love the Mon Platin Smoother Hair Mask. It does wonders for moisturizing my hair. I am trying the Oriental Hair oil for the first time... so far so good. Also love the Mon Platin Caviar Hair Shampoo. I really miss the Dream Hair Hyaluronic Acid Complex Mist. I hear it has been discontinued. Bring it back Mon Platin. :(
