★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here with a Groupon deal and it was fantastic. I strained myshoulder the day prior and was able to book a massage for the next day.
The masseuse greatly helped my shoulder recover and left feeling very limber. The package I got included hotstones and she included it with my treatment.
The lobby and room were very clean and sanitary.
This was the best massage I recieved and will definitely be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s ok. Got a groupon. Massage was weak, and the lady did odd movements with no pressure points or knowing muscle structure. They are not RMTs but I’ve been to Asian and non-RMT massage places that had more experience with knowing the back and neck area.
Lady told me, she was a student and learning English here, makes me think the place hires international students for cheap and does not train or give experience for both party benefit. I wouldn’t support this business structure.
2 stars for front desk being professional and the spa clean and updated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down THE BEST MASSAGE I have ever had. The place was nice, quiet, professional, but had the sweetest most caring employees. My girl Wendy, who gave me my massage, was beyond amazing. I’ve had excruciating back and neck pain for a while now, especially since I’ve been sitting in a desk chair during COVID for 2 years, but after going today, no more pain.
No doubt, I will be coming back soon :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! Went for a couples massage from a Groupon, in Richmond Hill and Linda and Yuki took care of us. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed it! Very strong hands, very sweet and friendly. Great deep tissue and Amazing hot stone massage! Highly recommend. The place is clean, huge, beautifully decorated, relaxing music throughout and worth every penny! The receptionist is very sweet and professional. We bought vouchers to return again! Also like the little slippers they give you to keep!

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The place was quite clean and the music was very soothing as well. I will definitely come back for some excellent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here, we had the couples message, everyone was very friendly and polite.I can't thank you enough for the experience. Very clean organized place. Wendy was my masseuse and did a wonderful job triggered a lot of pressure points and the use of the hot stones was the cherry on top. We bought more vouchers so definitely coming back in the near future. Thankful to have found this place.
