Best local source for mens classic shaving and grooming supplies. Razors, blades, soaps and creams, barbershop aftershave, pomades and so on. Great service too!

Good location good price for Reuzel Pomade, very helpful service help me right away. Needs improvement on variery of hair products for men, ex.. pomade, clay, paste. Barber products in general!

Good selection of hair products and shaving equipment. One of the only places you can buy a straight edge razor. Also the staff was helpful and polite.

This store contravenes Ontario's laws and should be avoided. My wife went in this afternoon and the lady at the door asked her to use sanitizer to sanitize her hands. My wife politely declined. The worker escalated her voice and said no you MUST use it to sanitize your hands. My wife told her no she doesn't have to and it's against the law to force anyone. The worker said her manager told her they are allowed to force people, so my wife told the lady you better ask your manager to check the laws of Ontario before you get sued. The staff started talking among themselves and made my wife feel very uncomfortable. If TBBS doesn't even know the law in Ontario how can you trust them.

I was at T.B.B.S yesterday evening. I have been going to this place for many years and the staff has always been so nice and helpful. Until this new staff member started there. She has never liked me from day 1. Every time I go there I just dread it bc I don't want to deal with her. But I have to go. It started when she told me to sanitize. Although I'm fully Pfizer vaccinated, and know that hand sanitizers do absolutely nothing to eliminate Covid, (just seemed like a power trip), I sanitized anyway. The issue was in the way she was staring at me sanitizing my hands without taking her eyes off of me, it made me feel like she didn't trust that I was sanitizing properly. After sanitizing, I asked her my question that I had about a hair colour issue I had been having. She immediately told me that I already asked this question before. I have never asked this question before, bc I have never had that issue before, and the fact that she told me this bothered me to my core! And bc of that comment she made to me, the entire encounter went south after that. Sales people are there to answer questions and help customers. If you don't like what you do, then don't do it bc your misery shows in the way you talk and come across! I have always excused rude behaviour to just people that are not happy with life. But this encounter is still on my mind the following day. So I felt i needed to write this review. All I ask is to just be kind to people. Life is too short to be rude, and miserable. I cannot stop going there, bc there aren't any other locations. So I really hope the rude and miserable attitude changes. On anther note, the guy that was working there was extremely helpful and I wish I had asked him for help instead of her. But I couldn't bc he was already helping someone when I entered, so i was stuck with the one person I was avoiding :(

I am sharing my bad bad experience what I was not expected from a sales person in this location . I went to exchange something unopened and unused which already had spoke with the head office person Jennifer about it and I was told I can exchange it no problem . So I went there at first at the cash register the girl raised her voice on me that she won't take it back I said the head office told me thats why I came to exchange this . She was talking and with a raised voice to me and a boy ( guy) was there and interacted our conversation and being so rude that: wait we have to find out . I said I am talking to her . Then he got mad jumped to the girl said call Jennifer she is so rude ( to me ) then I was shocked i apologized to him he kept saying this store is his he can do whatever he wants ( wrong behavior !) . Honestly I am more then 20 years operating a hair salon never have seen such a bad behavior from a professional retail store . And then he says he will call the police . Unbleivable . What a person with very Negative behavior works in a retail store he should be in a mental hospital for cure . Please don't go there just stay out from that place otherwise they will call the police on you for no reason .!!!
