A	Ava Afshar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE!! Do not go to this place. I went to get some hair colour products and the lady told me that her products are from Italy. This is not true at all, I read the back of the box and it’s imported from a middle eastern country. After looking at her unknown brand products, I realized that they did not look trustworthy and reliable at all and politely thanked her and told her that I might come back later. I asked her what time she was open until, she said she was closing but she lied since the sign on the door says that they close at 8! Lastly after after saying that I might come back, she said “don’t come, you’re not gonna buy anything”. I have never in my life experienced such bad customer service, do not trust this lady she tries to sell her products to you through deception.

She’s very helpful and offers great deals. Sue is also a great communicator and isn’t afraid to delve deeper into conversation to help you. There have been instances where she would kindly convince me not to do stuff to my hair, even if it means that she’s not making any business, strictly because it wouldn’t be good for my hair’s health. Sue is definitely a people person before businesswoman, and that is rare trait to see in the competitive retail marketplace! 10/10 SERVICE, BUSINESS, AND CHARACTER!

A	Afsoon Reazei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady is awful lady. the other day I went to her store after waiting for her for almost 30 min ( she asked me to Waite because she wants to buy antibiotic from the drug store ), but she was rude and disrespectful . I asked her I want a wage to try different colours and choose but she said "she can't let me try the wages", I thought because of Covid she is extra careful but than I was looking at the colours and accidenty one of the wages fell down and I caught it, then she right away came and grab it from my hand. I told her I want to take a picture ,but she said why I want to do that? I told her I want to send it to my hair stylist and she said " I can't let you take a picture too" then I left her store and never ever go there to buy anything. I can see some people said good stuff about her but we all know that they are their family member. I feel sorry for her attitude and not knowing a good customer service will bring her more customers and for me that I always bought my beauty supplies from her. I went to another beauty supplies in yonge and Welderick and they were so respectful and let me try their wages.. I don't suggest anyone go to her to buy anything from her. that way she might learn to respect her customers

I brought in all of my previous colours. She showed me what portions to add. I look soooo good. Lots of compliments. Go here always. Thank you so much Simin.
n	nina lima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On today's date I decided to go to Beauty supply to look around as I was hoping to purchase some hair supplies for myself in the midst of looking around I received a message from my daughter and I responded. upon doing so the sales representative/ owner? at Beauty supply ended up asking me if I required any help and I responded I am okay. Shortly after she came up to me and said in a very rude tone that if I'm not shopping here to find my way out of her store. I inquired what gives her the right to make this assumption. I felt so uncomfortable and was appalled by her customer service and disrespectful encountering. Not only did she loose a customer, but also I have every intention to share my unpleasant experience as nobody deserves to be treated that way. This is not how a business should be ran. I strongly encourage that time is taken to learn the essential skills required to provide customer service in a respectful and positive manner. As a result I would not recommend shopping here.
