R	Rolf Marino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm under 50 and torn my meniscus from a bad fall, meaning I ripped the cartilage of my knee. After my surgery to fix that I realized pain meds were not going to fix the tendon and bone chip pain problems. So after speaking with dr. Marchie on this he recommended corticosteroids instead of knee replacement because as I get older the replacements can be more challenging. Oh my lord was he right 1000 percent, if I can get a bunch of more years with injections I won't need a knee replacement till I'm in my 50s. That's a much better solution than the possibility of a second knee replacement at the age of 60 to 65 years old.

We just went for a follow up and everything looks good. My mother has gotten a new lease on life and can walk and do things again. Thanks to the good doctor and his team for all of their work!

Since then, subsequent visits, an injection and starting Physio have alleviated much of my pain, started strengthening the knee again, and is seeing me more mobile than I have been in 15+ years. He is a very engaging, fun Doctor!

Both times I only stayed overnight in the hospital and was discharged the next day. When the nurse asked me what is my pain level from 1 to 10. I have to hesitate before I answer as I really do not feel any pain. He cares and takes time to explain. A very special and kind Doctor with good sense of humor. Carmela at the Clinic is such a caring sweetheart too. I would highly recommend to anyone who has hip problem.
