I am terrified of the dentist and they made me feel so comfortable and did an awesome job! Never had a dentist that was so comforting and works with you. Him and his assistant are outstanding!!

I've never wrote any google reviews before but I must this time. I would strongly suggest to others, if you are suffering from severe toothache pain, and need a proper root canal treatment, don't goto Dr. Lenet. First and most importantly, he won't be able to treat your root canal if you have a little bit of complex one. You won't find out wether he can fix it or not in advance, but you will have to wait 3 months (not to mention you have to wait with the pain), and also have to pay for number of reasons that they put on and it’s not cheap. He had the worst or none of chairside manner and it is very hard to believe that he is a specialist. A. He's not a good listener when you are trying to explain your condition. B.You won’t feel comfortable while treatment, because you don’t know what he is doing with your tooth C.He won’t check if the area you are getting treated is numb enough after anesthesia or not. (In my case, I was crying in tears because of the pain and he had put more afterwords.) This place is also dishonest about the price and consultation, which is very awful. Also If you are planning to get root canal done here, you will be surprised how much you can be upset by receptionist. the reception lady, Leeann, was very rude and she won’t bother to look at you even though you are sitting in front of her for 10 mins because she is talking on the phone. Won't greet you when you walk in to the office. When I tried to book an appointment over the phone, I was not given any option for dates to visit, but she was demanding and just threw me a date based on their convenient. I felt I was treated as if I’m not welcome there. If you are going to describe yourself on the website as 'loves dealing with people and always available to answer question', please do as you wrote. Just for the record, she didn't bother asking my inquiry to Dr. Lenet, wether I can chew any food with the side where I was having a root canal treatment, but she told me not to chew anything (although she's not a certified doctor still provided me with instruction) Then when I went back for my second session, Dr. Lenet said it was okay to chew. I would strongly suggest Leeann that you need to treat patient with more kindness otherwise, you will see more reviews like this about you. So, Before you choose a place to go for root canal treatment, please carefully go through reviews, because it will really help you save your time and not wasting money and you don’t want to wait long time with the pain on your tooth like me. I ended up going to the other specialist. Once again, I would never recommend this place. You will see the worst.

Dr Lenet and his assistant were truly AMAZING ! Dr Lenet did my root Canal therapy and made me as comforatable as possible, couldn’t of asked for a better Endodontist I really recommend him , Dr. Lenet and his staff are very friendly and walk you through every step! My dentist referred me to Dr. Lenet for a root canal. My nervousness was in the extreme and I expressed that in my initial meeting. Dr. Lenet could not have been more understanding, and attentively explained the procedure to me every step of the way. The dreaded root canal, other than the discomfort of an open jaw for an hour, was basically painless. He and his dental assistant could not have been more professional nor attentive to a very nervous patient. Thank you as well to the welcoming front office.

I had my first root canal done early this week and Dr. Lenet was amazing!! Dr. Lenet made me feel comfortable and it was over before I knew it. Even the next day, I felt no pain! The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Best dental experience ever!!

I was referred to Richmond Hill Endodontics by my dentist a few months ago, and my experience was simply excellent. I was a bit nervous about the root canal procedure, which in my case was slightly more complicated than usual, but Dr Lenet's competence and confidence were very reassuring. He had warned me about possible pain after the procedure, but I actually had very little. I just went back today for a check-up and my tooth is absolutely fine. The office is very clean and staff is friendly and professional. When you need to do a delicate procedure such as a root canal, you need very high standards, and that's what yuo will find here.

I was referred to Dr. Lenet by my family dentist for a root canal and couldn't have been more please with the overall experience! I was very apprehensive of going to the dentist was in uncomfortable pain so had no choice. Right from the start my experience as Richmond Hill endodontics was friendly, helpful and professional. The receptionist Leeann was very friendly and helpful. It was a challenge for me to get multiple days off work so Leeann was able to have Dr. Lenet look at my x-rays and see if it would be possible to do the consultation and procedure on the same day. She responded quickly to my request and I was able to book an appointment that fit my schedule! Upon arrival to my appointment I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner. The treatment plan options were clearly explained to me every step of the way, and from doing some comparisons the pricing was very affordable. Assistant Victoria was one of the most friendly and knowledgeable medical assistants I have experienced working with! She explained each step of the procedure along the way and made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout! Dr. Lenet was absolutely fabulous to have as my doctor! He listened to my concerns regarding the tooth pain and explained exactly what options I had and what each procedure entailed. Throughout the procedure he checked on my comfort level continuously and explained exactly what was happening. He has the best chair-side manner of any doctor/dentist I can think of - this was very much appreciated for someone who was very nervous about getting this procedure done! After the procedure receptionist Leeann was able to submit all of the information to insurance on my behalf, and I was even shocked I got a follow-up call from them the next day to see how I was doing, or if there was anything they could assist with. Thank you very much Dr. Lenet and team! I appreciate your knowledgeable professionalism throughout!

Dr Lenet and team are friendly, kind, caring and professional. They communicate and explain everything as they go along as well as what steps will happen in the future, and as an added bonus, they are also very organized and efficient. As well as my recent positive experience here, they went above and beyond in treating my daughter's very painful dental emergency a few years ago.
