Lily, the administrator, is very friendly and pays attention to every details. Recently, Dr. Alex helped me extract my wisdom tooth. He is very skilful! Initially, I was very afraid. But, the entire clinics reassured me to overcome my phobia and made everything wonderful! :) I am very impressed and will recommend this clinic to everyone!

Highly recommend the hygienist, Mariah, as I had such a positive experience with her compared to the service I got before from another dental clinic. She is super gentle and always check if you are doing ok. Also I recommended Dr.Alex for wisdom teeth extraction. I went for wisdom teeth consultations for several dental clinics and they mentioned I need to do CBCT(not cover by my insurance). However, after Dr.Alex look my teeth and x-ray, he said CBCT is not necessary and I got my two wisdom teeth extracted in at most 20 minutes. They also provided you with detailed instructions and the reception call me few days after the teeth extraction to follow up with me.

She is a nice lady with not only experiences and professional skills, but also patient care oriented (always ask if you are good, make sure you have no pain, briefly let you know what's the process she is doing now). The who environment and equipment there is clean, tidy, specially during COVID-19 period, the whole team is professional and friendly, Lily, Novia, Alex and other staffs they are great.
N	Noodles Bear on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Mu is responsible and good at what she does. However this one star goes to the receptionist. When I first went to the office there was a pregnant lady who was extremely helpful and sweet. Then she went on a maternity leave and they had this new girl who was rude and had no manners AND terrible at arranging appointment for clients. I believe whoever has the same experience knows which one I’m talking about. I never leave any google review and too bad this is my first review and it is a one star.
