★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Philip and his team at Time’s Square are very honest and thoughtful when it comes to their clients . They are flat out amazing at what they do with great turn around time for all watch repairs. I have been dealing with them for years and have never had any issues .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place! I cant even remeber how long my family and i been going here, i reckon over 25 some odd years at this point! They've always been honest and up front with me and over the years ive recommned them to many. Ive had batterys done, watches and jewellery fixed and made many purchases all of which my experiences have been admirable. At the time of writing this they've moved to a new loacation which is by all means quite the upgrade!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We dropped off 3 watches to get sized. When we went to pick them up, they had given one away to another customer. A Citizen watch worth $400. They fought us tooth and nail when we asked for a replacement. Never go here ever. Ridiculously poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My grandfather passed away and left me his Rolex. It wasn't working and i didn't know what the problem was. The watch maker at Time's square diagnosed the problem very quickly and quoted a very reasonable price compared to the rolex service center. I was super happy and it’s still working to this day. Gone back many times since and they’ve always left a lasting impression. Highly suggest them, two thumbs up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrary to the review previous written by someone regarding a watch I have had nothing but great experiences with this store. They are friendly, willing to order items if they don't have it in stock, and always helpful. The owner, Philip, is one of the most honest independent retailers I've ever met. He will go out of his way to accommodate any customer, even new ones.
