Don't be fooled by some of his 5 star reviews which I would imagine, they are probably from some of his relatives and friends (assuming he has any friends). Unfortunately I made that mistake, I looked at those Google reviews and thought, that it would be a good place to shop and at the same time support one of our local businesses, but boy was I wrong.. From the minute I walked into the store and say hello, he seemed bother because he had to stop doing whatever is that he was doing on his computer (I guess that was more important than looking after a customer, on a "completely" empty store).. I was looking to replace the straps on two of my watches and to buy some batteries, since I was planning to replace them myself, but he was very irritated (for no reason), he was "RUDE" and "IGNORANT ", indicating that I was "cheap" and that I should leave that to the "professionals" (which leads me to believe that he was planning to outsource that work, as I didn't see any there).. I guess this is what happens sometimes when you try to do some good, I could have easily order the straps and batteries from Amazon.ca, but instead I decided to support a small business owner.. Reality is, he doesn't deserve any help, because he is RUDE, IGNORANT, UNEDUCATED and has a SMALL MAN SYNDROME! I will never go back there again or refer anyone I know.. His lost, I just ordered everything from Amazon.ca, quick, simple and no bad attitude there!!!!
