★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had just a few days to find the right watch for my spouse's birthday (Dec. 24th.). I found two options on the Sun Time website. I was nervous but the reviews were excellent so I called Fawaz and purchased a beautiful ladies Rolex with diamond bezel and mother of pearl face. Fawaz made it happen and got it to me on the West Coast in time for the birthday surprise. The watch is beautiful and made someone very happy. Look no further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Fawaz to alter a watch I had bought for my wife that was too big. She is out of town so she was not in person to try it on. I showed him a few pictures for sizing. Fawaz took care of the adjustment faster than the nice conversation that we had about some timepieces I will potentially buy. Great service, I will return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go here all the time, almost every week just to look at the pieces that are on display. Every time I go here I’m greeted with a smile by Mr. Fawaz. He is very passionate about watches and knows his stuff! After a few weeks of visiting his store just to chat and stare at his watches, I finally brought in my very banged up watch (explorer 1, given by my dad) for polishing, cleaning and servicing. It only took him 2 days to make my 6 year old watch brand new again. He even boasted of bringing it to an AD and ask them if it was ever touched and they wouldn’t know. The watch was in pretty bad shape since it was my dads daily for a couple of years. It had deep scars and scratches but Mr. Fawaz was able to polish it out without thinning the bracelet! When I saw the watch again after he serviced it I was just shocked at how it looked. It really looked like it just left the box. Great man and excellent service!
