Just had an amazing facial with Sarah. The products were super high quality and left my skin feeling fresh, clean and hydrated. Sarah gave the best facial and scalp massage! She was so kind and took the time to identify my skin’s needs right off the bat. The COVID protocols were all followed from the sanitization of instruments to additional barriers between the two of us. I felt very taken care of and will definitely be returning!

Wonderful experience getting a facial here! The esthetician was so nice and friendly, gave me helpful advice about how to hydrate the skin and avoid certain foods for controlling blemishes. Very knowledgeable! The treatment was extremely relaxing and stress relieving, and left my skin looking amazing! Usually after extraction facials you leave looking red and puffy, but here I left looking so glowy and fresh. Skin looks great a week later! Very happy!

I've been going to Pure + Simple for over 10 years now. The team they currently have is fantastic. Alex helps me with skin care and is a total sweetie. She helps me find the best products for my skin type and always makes me feel like I have her full attention at all times. Sarah does my waxing and laser treatments, she is quick, professional and super fun. Its always a pleasure to see her and catch up! Pure + Simple has natural, high quality products that I swear by (people always think I'm at least ten years younger than I am) plus their facilities are super clean and will meet your highest expectations. Love it here and will never visit another skin care place as long as they exist!

I'm a long term customer. However, I wish the facialist would keep track of exactly what products are used on my face each visit and follow the list each time. Unfortunately this past visit was a little frustrating because she used products on my face that I have specified in the past irritate my skin (cleanser, moisturizer, anything containing fragrance or plant oils). In the past, I responded well to some of the products and extractions. I was disappointed with the results of my most recent facial. Excellent facials lying down in private room with bed and sheets and blanket. Great value.

I came in for a hydrating facial with a friend, just to do something fun and relaxing. I left not feeling so great. I've been struggling with sensitive skin and acne for about a year now. As soon as I came in to start with the facial, the aesthetician took a look at my skin and recommended I get a different more expensive facial to match my skin type, and that the facial I was getting wouldn't do much. I disagreed because I was not really looking to get anything too crazy, because I just came in to get a relaxing facial. She then started asking about my skin care routine and diet and started to ask if I ate a lot of gluten, or what type of skincare products I use. To be honest, I personally don't mind these types of questions but she acted very disappointed in most of my responses, constantly sighing and saying my responses weren't good enough. She also constantly told me that I had to come back in again after this facial because of "purging", and started recommending products while I was getting my facial. Overall, I just felt really uncomfortable and honestly ashamed of my skin because of the responses I was getting. She also was very tough wit the extractions, and started squeezing pimples that weren't even ready to be touched yet. I'm very sensitive and prone to getting broken capillaries and scars, and I was praying that these extractions wouldn't cause any. She then started to recommend products to me that I was not interested in. I asked for ingredients or products that I could look for to improve my skin, and she continued to tell me that she could only recommend products they sell at the store. Overall, I should not be feeling this bad after this facial. I spent over $200 to leave feeling tense, uncomfortable and even more confused and ashamed of my skin. It wasn't worth it at all. Although I will say some of the advice she gave me was okay, but overall I did not have a pleasant experience. I will not be coming back again. I'm sure there are far better places with better products and better more relaxing facials.

My mother passed away 3 days ago and I've been crying a LOT. Prior to that it had been 3 years since I've had a facial and I've been under lots of stress with mom living with me while palliative. So I decided to treat myself to a Aquabrasion facial because my skin is VERY dry and dehydrated and was literally stinging due to my tears. I had Sharon complete my treatment and she was absolutely fantastic. She talked me through everything. Was very considerate about my personal situation and recommended some great products and it wasn't pressured at all. I will definitely be back to see her again soon !

I have been going to pure and simple for over 4 years now for facials and every aesthetician I have encountered is extremely knowledgeable and provides great service. I always come back with glowing skin and the effect lasts for months. Overall I don’t have many skin concerns but I do have combination skin so I require extractions from time to time and also brightening treatments. The ladies at pure and simple always know what’s best for my skin. Great service and seamless reservation process as well. Definitely recommend.
