★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional experience. Really eased my back pain. They offer massage styles different from traditional RMT - instead of using elbow, they use fingers to press really hard on smaller muscles around neck and shoulders. This works though.
Located on the second floor (left to the stairs) The decorations are also cozy and comfortable. However, some of their therapists seem not fluent in English. But they have the job done. The services are worth the price.

I have done 2 years of RMT for rehab for some injuries symptoms over multiple locations with multiple therapists, but since I found this place I stopped going to other locations. The place is super clean, all the staffs are professional and genuinely friendly, each treatment always pleases me. Its not easy to find a spa where you feel like you are being treated as a family friend when you walk in. I highly recommend this place.

We had Jerry and Linda for reflexology, and Jerry and Jack for body massage therapy, and they were amazing at finding our pressure points and loosening those deep tissue knots. Thank you to the team - we look forward to our next visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently location outside Bay Station, this facility is very clean and relaxing. I had a satisfying 1 hour RMT massage treatment here that got me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after! Only wished they do direct billing for insurances.
