The service going into the Four Seasons was fantastic! The doormen where incredibly attentive and helpful and even rushed to keep up with me because I was late and frantic. The service from the spa staff was also great and both are the main reasons for the 4 stars. The spa lounge itself was pretty quaint and had some lovely teas and couple of snacks. There was also free access to the private steam room and the general hotel pool. Even though I went at 9am, there where some kids in the pool which killed the mood a bit but wasn’t too bad. The massage was excellent as well. Overall I have no complaints and will definitely want to come back.

I had a 60mins massage with Cecilia. She was excellent and understood my needs. Her attention to detail and her massage techniques were above average. The four seasons spa is truly the best spa in the city. The only spa worth going to.

Had a wonderful time with my husband at the spa, massages were divine. Service was superb and very personalized. Something to note is that the spa has separate relaxation area for men and women and no co-ed areas for relaxation except the pool. So we had to relax at the pool but it soon turned into an extremely busy and noisy place with lots of young kids at the pool. That wasn’t relaxing and would have loved to rather be together in the spa.

Simply not worth the high price tag. If you’re looking for an adequate massage in a lovely space and Four Season bragging rights, this is your spot. Very friendly service but was disappointed in what I was expecting to be a deep RMT massage was quite light and left my body feeling no different after. Amenities including sauna room and pool still don’t justify price. Probably won’t be back.

I had an incredible experience at the SPA in Toronto. First of all, the customer service was impeccable answering all my questions extremely quick even by email, and calling me after with a professionalism that I had not seen in a long time in the city. As a marketing/project professional I could feel how well-trained they are for a great experience to their customers. We know the hotel itself is excellent and getting to know the SPA was quite impressive. Extremely clean, well decorated and all amenities were even better than pictures shown online. Great experiences are all about details: from Eucalyptus spray in the shower, amazing tea and snacks station located at a cozy and peaceful living room to the PHENOMENAL massage room. My massage therapist provided me such a relaxing moment and I could feel his effort to provide me not just a regular massage: from how they walk you to the room, the ultra comfy massage table, to the session closure with vanilla water and warm towels, it is an experience that I really recommend. Hot tub and pool area was excellent with full access to towels, washrooms and more showers. You can wear your bathrobe back and grab a nice relaxing tea with dry cranberries/apricots and go back to the hot tub. Just wished they had the sauna closer to the pool. Sauna was a steam one, my favorite. There's no dry sauna but it was not a problem for me as I'm not a fan of it. Showers amenities are incredible with more clean towels in the private showers with high-quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash (besides the spray mist that I'm crazy to buy and you can purchase it at the front desk). Overall, I highly recommend it and high rates are really worthy. And please tip the staff really well, because they really deserve it.
