They provided us with a list of professional trades And helped us on signing agreements and creating a milestone on payments for their services. The level of customer service was amazing. They finished the project on time and within the budget which was great and such a relief. We are thankful for the great service and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest builder.

After interviewing a few different trades, we came across Maserat Developments. Their team was extremely on time and on point. They kept us posted about every step of the way and how we can save money and create a better return on investment. They finished the project right on time and within our budget, which was very satisfactory. We have forwarded them to another few of our friends and they were super happy with their services as well.

From day one, Alan was extremely attentive answering all my questions and responding to my needs. He always made himself available. I was impressed by his knowledge of design, electrical work and plumbing. While I did have a budget in mind, he directed me to choose items where my money had the most value and suggested areas where I could streamline costs. The reno took a bit longer than expected but it was due to my selection of plumbing which came from Italy and Cambria counter which required use of their fabricator. We have since chatted after the renos have been completed. Overall, I was very pleased with the final outcome and would recommend Alan without reservation.

Ali Maserat set up appointments and was always able to answer my many questions. The crew assigned to this renovation was top notch, polite, courteous and knowledgeable respecting my home as if it were theirs using their technical expertise to make valuable suggestions to make the project more technically efficient and visually pleasing. This project had originally been to renovate a small bathroom and as I saw the work progressing I decided I was on to a good thing with Maserat. I decided to expand the project. I was fortunate that Maserat could accommodate this additional work in conjunction with my bathroom project again keeping quality of materials, completion timing and my budget in mind.
