The original bathrooms were low quality and really poorly built, and he fixed the problems he encountered without any change to our vision or budget. He was also able to get the project done really quickly to accommodate our timelines. Overall, we are happy we went iRemodel for our renovation project.

Even in this time of covid19, he was able to make a worn down apartment into a sturdy and welcoming home; and in record time! Daryoush works with the best materials and has gone above and beyond adding touches that I didn't even think about. His team is wonderful and they really made miracles happen when we didn't know what we could expect. What is most amazing is that Daryoush is experienced with every part of the job and so he has hand selected people who he knows are top workers. Him and his team have truly gone above and beyond for us and worked to a quality that felt like they were working on their own home. You rarely find people like that who put absolutely everything into a project and treat you like family. They truly are miracle workers and I recommend them for anyone looking for a company that is professional, has great attention to details and truly care about making you feel at home.

They did great work, so I asked Daryoush back to give a quote on so work we’d like in our condo. Despite the sign on the front door about wearing a mask he did not wear one and in our unit said he’s against the vaccine despite having covid and spreading it to his wife and coworker. I told him my husband has had cancer. His arrogance was shocking, he was willing to do the work despite. Bashir his coworker has had the two shots. Wish I had his number he was great
A	Andre Rocher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently completed our kitchen renovation with Dave. From the initial meeting, I knew we had made the right choice in selecting him and his outstanding team. We had met with 2 prior contractors and only Dave was able to understand what we wanted from a new kitchen. In addition, the work required that our existing kitchen be expanded. In order to do so, a powder room adjacent to the Kitchen had to be demolished and incorporated in the new design and layout. This was done perfectly by Dave. However, the highlight is knowing that with Dave, you are working with a professional with an eye for detail and very good taste. Once the idea is realized, Dave helps with selecting components for your decision and assists you to its completion. Best of all, a lot of the stress of renovations is alleviated working with Dave and his team of really excellent tradesman. We now have a beautiful kitchen that suits our needs

Full basement Reno including new bathroom, kitchen, living area, furnace room and spare room with all new plumbing, electrical, fixture installations, brand new beautiful flooring across the entire unit and stairway, new kitchen countertops, pot lights in the living room, door replacements and painting. Dave and his team were up for the challenge, and when issues arose as they inevitably do on such an old home, he offered solutions and fixes that were reassuring.
