Not only did he find the pieces I was looking for but charged me the quoted price even though they were labelled much higher right on the jewelry box they came in. Great deal and great service.

The man replaced the batteries but when I came to pick it up he said something was wrong with the watch. He showed me my watch and started to wind it the wrong way and said in a huff that it stops and goes. He said he was willing to fix it but with the way he handled my watch I rather he didn't "TRY" to fix it again. The movement on my watch is more screwed up than when it went in, the date has stopped rolling over and when I try to wind it to the right time it's super sticky. Very disappointed the way he handled these delicate time pieces. I'll probably not go back again.
