β β β β β Canadian Watch Imports is the best watch shop in town by a mile. Incredibly friendly, patient and knowledgeable with a massive selection of watches and bands. I've taken several watches here for repair and have been more than satisfied with the results. I'd recommend them to anyone in need of a new watch or a repair.

β β β β β Really happy to be back in the city so that I can come down to have my watches taken care of here. I have some higher end stuff that I always used to worry about, but they took one look and addressed the problem quickly and easily (with some welcome, insightful conversation while I was waiting). I can sum it up as: fast, efficient, and personable service for excellent prices.

β β β β β Went in a couple of times for servicing of watches. Very friendly and transparent about costs and timing. Where they felt the repair could not be done, they returned the watch without charging anything and were clear about what the issues with the repair were.
Would go there again for a watch repair.

β β β β β I decided that today I would purchase a new watch, so I went to check out this store since I heard it was nearby. I wanted to try on watches to see how they looked but the staff lady was not happy about it and only let me try on two watches since they have to sanitize them. I guess it must be way too much work to sanitize the watches in this store, should probably check that procedure out cause I haven't had another business give me the same limitation before. So I promptly went to the Bay two hours later, tried on at least 8 different watches, and bought one on sale for a good price.
Seems like lost service to turn down letting people try on watches just because they need to be sanitized. Last time I went to a clothes store they didn't expect me to spend $100+ just by staring at the clothes on display. I really didn't need that passive aggressiveness from the staff lady, it seemed like she didn't think I'd buy anything so she was impatient and wouldn't let me try any of the watches on saying things like "I'll only let you try one on if you're 99.99% sure you're buying it". All the employees at The Bay were pretty eager to let me try on multiple watches, just saying.
Anyway here's a picture of the watch I bought at The Bay that same day and not at this store. Legitimately lost customer service from that attitude, I went in willing to buy something and left with a completely horrible impression.

β β β β β Had my band replaced, cut and fitted over my watch. Also had the crystal watch face replaced. Prices were surprisingly affordable, store owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first visit at this store but won't be the last. Thank you so much for making my old watch look and feel brand new!

β β β β β Very Happy Customer Here. Vik is amazing! If you have any Swiss watch of serious value this is the place to go to. I was referred to him by an online trader who highly recommend him. My Breitling was serviced on record time, runs accurately and looks great. Will definitely send him customers :)

β β β β β Amazing service by Vic & his partner, extremely professional and great customer service. Got my watch pressure tested, there ended up being condensation on the crystal for whatever reason, he made sure to take the condensation out and re-tested the watch, even adjusted the bracelet for me after I revisited the next day.
