β β β β β It is a bigger and nicer location since it doesn't share space with other vendors like at Yonge and Gerrard. The internal decorations are nice. The service seems to be faster than at Yonge and Gerrard. The furniture is nice. They use the same Vicinity loyalty program: get 1 free drink after 10 purchased drinks. They have WiFi but it wasn't working well. There is a big kitchen at the back where they presumably prepare things like the tapioca.

β β β β β Ein, it's like other Coco's. Good location. Ok staff. They don't put the hand sanitizer on a table, gotta ask for it. Normal coco promos and deals. A good local average bbt coco. Seats before covid were p ok.

β β β β β This coco location was my very first visit to coco. Every since I tried it I got hooked to coco. Coco is now my go to bubble tea store. The price and quality is great.
Edit my review :)
Today I accidentally dropped my bubble tea on the floor. Spilling it all over the floor. The employee with black/blonde dyed hair instantly told me not to worry and made me a new drink. Absolutely amazing service. I really appreciate it after all the trouble. They have definitely kept up with thier standards over the last couple of years ?!

β β β β β Hadn't seen one of these since living in Beijing. Exact same thing as there. Got the chocolate with the pudding and pearls and it was delicious! Man i love this place and wish there were one closer to my home.

Not gonna lie, I'm not a huge fan of Coco's but I also don't dislike them. It's definately one of the popular go-tos for bubble tea. However, Coco's is not great for milk teas in bubble tea / boba if that's what you like. They make better fruity teas and yakult drinks. I do want to give a point for fast turnout speed to make the drinks!

β β β β β Pretty good Coco location, currently set up for the the pandemic (stage 3) with no seating inside. They have a decent set up for the take out counter where the staff can hand out the product to the table without direct contact with the customer. I appreciate the amount of extra precaution taken at this location.
Overall, beverages are pretty consistent with the other Coco locations! I've tried the bubble gaga and grapefruit green tea. The add-ons for grass jelly and sago are my go-to! Delicious and good to go for a Coco bubble tea!

If itβs your 1st time having bubble tea go authentic with the pearl milk tea!
