β β β β β This place was introduced by a friend and I'm glad they did. Tried the shaved ice and ice cream cups; both were very delicious and sweetly pleasant. The strawberry & mango shaved ice is my favorite but be warned: it's big. So share it with someone.

β β β β β I've been here a couple of time and even ordered from Ubereats as well. My mom enjoys their Signature Icy Grass Jelly so that's what I always order from here. It was really sweet and refreshing, and even if you eat it the day after, the Taro Balls gets a little hard but if you separate the Taro Ball's and heat it up a bit, it'll be as soft as how it's supposed to be. I highly recommend trying this once if you're nearby or order it through Ubereats as well. It's a really refreshing dessert to try during a hot summer day.

β β β β β Been here once when it first opened and I forgot how massive their shaved ice were! We ordered the brown sugar shaved ice and my boyfriend was shocked how big the portion was, but most of it is just ice. Really love the toppings around it with tapioca, pudding, and brown sugar flavoured jelly. We came in during a hot summer day and it was the perfect treat to cool off. The AC was also very generousβ¦
We also got the milk tea with pudding but it was fairly basic compared to the monstrosity beside it. I was worried about how the shaved ice will be after reading other reviews but our experience was great and Iβm glad I got to show my boyfriend a new dessert.

β β β β β A satisfying and not too sweet dessert spot. The taro and sweet potato balls are not very sweet, but other elements of their bowls are, which balances it out.

β β β β β Place was messy, the people were rude, the most expensive thing on the menu (Brown Sugar Shaved Ice) is just plain ice with Jelly around it. Washrooms were a mess as well. Gave it a 3 star because it's a place to maybe try only once.

β β β β β The food is okay. This restaurant used to be my fav dessert place, but the flavour not as good as before. For example, taro & sweet potato balls are pretty plain like water with power and colour.
Giving 4 stars because their service is great!!

β β β β β Really delicious and authentic Taiwanese desserts! They use fresh ingredients and made without preservatives. Everything is made fresh on the spot including the taro balls as well! I got the Herbal Tea with Fresh Milk and added Grass Jelly. It was pretty good and would order it again. Their shaved ice are really big portion sizes as well (see other people's pictures). They also have daily specials as well!
Service is a bit slow depending on the time you order as they do sometimes get overwhelmed with the amount of mobile/app orders. They have a mobile device system that they give you that will ring when your order is done! Also when your order is done, you'll need to put the empty bowls in the back/sorting shelves. Otherwise, the restaurant is very spaced out for pandemic protocol. Great space for friendly chats and gathers!
The only other thing to note is that their closing hour is labeled as 11pm but the staff told us 30min before that they were closing at 10:30pm. So probably depending on what time they felt like or closes at 10:30pm instead.

β β β β β Iβm usually not a fan of taro or beans so I never even considered trying this place until I passed by with a friend and she said that it is very popular in parts of Asia.
She recommended the grass jelly bowls so
I got the signature grass jelly bowl and she got the double love grass jelly that came with a scoop of ice cream and some taro.
I have been totally missing out! This was soooo good and I didnβt mind the taro paste either.
I liked it so much that I came back the same week to try the icy hot taro ball max. Although I did like it slightly more than the grass jelly bowl, it was double the calories so I think I will stick to the grass jelly base.
I really liked how the whole bowl was not overwhelmingly sweet and the texture of the balls went really well with the shaved ice and grass jelly base.
I will be definitely returning very soon.
