Their selection is meticulous. Whoever the buyer is definitely deserves a high-five because I always walk out thinking “next time I’m going to buy that.”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the new store on Spadina since it's just a few steps away from my favorite spots in the city. Stellar staff, adorable guard dog, crispy clean shop. Prices are on the higher end, but so is the quality. Find your must have items and splurge. Retail therapy is cheaper than a shrink ?

I wanted to purchase a jacket in a colour that they no longer carried, and they went through the trouble of making a custom order for me from the company in order to get it. Above and beyond customer service, I can't speak highly enough when recommending this store to everyone I know looking to up their style!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite menswear shop in the city. They recently moved. The new location is really slick. It’s pretty hard to not find something to like here. The staff are awesome, and very helpful. If you are a guy and you like well fitting clothes that are just a little bit different you should check it out. They’ve been in business forever so they really know what they are doing.

I'll buy a few pieces a year (they've got a phenomenal selection of menswear, very well curated). Even when I'm window shopping they're always pleasant, not always the case. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great selection of men's clothing and accessories!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a long time shopper at Uncle Otis I was really disappointed by their customer service today especially given that my interactions to date have been great. What started as their mistake exposed their rigid policy and poor customer service. They refused to admit any wrongdoing or propose a meet in the middle solution Given that I've shopped there half a dozen times and my purchase was $600 I was expecting better service
I won't be returning any time soon and will be supporting other local retailers who care more about customer loyalty
