★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not waste your time lining for any limited releases. Everything goes to their friends who show up after the store opens. There was about 50
of us who waited in line for hours and not a single person got an item. It won’t make a difference in the grand scheme but I won’t be supporting them anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the most desirable location. But for a fan of this brand I can’t complain. Note to establishment. If you sell undershirts and boxers etc. expect ppl to want to see them not have them boxed up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful shopping here- they have ridiculous exchange policy that is not transparently stated anywhere (receipts too), they won’t allow exchanges for regular priced items to another size. The staff is also very helpful, aloof and incompetent (I had one guy offer me a shirt with a hole). I don’t have a lot of bad customer experiences with brands and they usually get resolved but I had to chase for a solution and the store manager here is super unhelpful and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nice store, terrible service and unwelcoming ambiance. sales associates were standing in a circle chatting when i asked a question regarding sizing and all three stood there blankly. sales associates will stare at you while you shop. super judgey vibes, i'd rather shop online
