When I asked the manager why it's so different she said the picture is only for reference. This is ridiculous, when you order something from the menu we expect it will be at least close to the picture. Just lost another client.
D	Diana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. customer service sucks 2. manager is desperate to hire so the employees here represent how terrible they are 3. the people who work in this location is lazy, took 30 minutes for my drink 4. they forgot my topping and gave me attitude when i said to remake it so they gave it to me in a cup, theyre lucky i didn't escalate things 5. overall their drink is a 3 if i could give this place a hot 0 i would, to the owner doesn't matter if it's hard times during covid, train your employees respectively with manners and not just hire any garbage you can

My drink was not even full and it looked literally nothing like the image so I requested a refund, they refused to give my receipt and my money back. They didn't care about what I said and tried to make me leave by calling the police when I was nothing but respectful. I don't get why its so hard for them to give my money back, and its cash only it shouldn't be hard. Its not even funny how their customer service just ruined the evening for me. I'm not surprised everyone else gives them 1 star for the same reason. If refund is not allowed at least put a message in front of your register. I'm sure the drink tastes great but It didn't look anything like it was advertised. The customer service is horrible, their manager just wants ur money and doesn't care about your satisfaction.
L	Leon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very enjoyable summer drinks! If you like fruity drinks I'd recommend coming here. Great place to go in a crazy heatwave. If you enjoy Mango-Pomelo desserts, they have some here! Pricewise is kind of expected as most bubble tea places are expensive anyways.

PROS • get their fruit tea, cool creation & lots of fruit used, can taste every layer of fruit used when drinking it CONS • hard to find parking.

Have order their drinks several times, and this grape iced tea costs me 9 dollars with just black tea, two orange slices and very little grapes. Totally disappointed, won’t order it again

Maybe I'm on a different wavelength then everyone else but this is actually my favorite place for fruit teas in all of Toronto! Their variety/selection of fruit teas is massive, and although they can be on the expensive side compared to other tea shops, they always jam pack fresh fruits into each cup. The flavors are consistent, and whether I order from them via uber eats or stop by for takeout, the taste I love it always there.
