the gym is complete in terms of equipment, the price is very good, the only thing that should improve is the service at the reception, the guy who works at the reception at night seems like he is always upset, and he does things complaining.

Really bad experience. Not cleaned at all worst thing they don't have weighing scale I have canceled my membership still got charge and trying to call their someone pick up the phone and put on hold again I called and same thing happened and third time I am not able to make a call they probably put the phone down other side so nobody can call them and this is continuously for 3 days. If owner can see my comments please reply asap

The staff are great and they have a good selection of machines. It's price for the membership is very affordable in comparison to other gyms. I'm only giving it 4 stars because it's missing wifi and the bathrooms could be cleaner but other than that it's great.

I just joined to add some variety on top of my home gym workouts. I was looking for something inexpensive and convenient with all of the weight training equipment I would look for in a gym. Overall, Fit4Less and this location met my requirements. Below are the pros and cons. Pros: - Open 24/7! If Google says otherwise, it’s referring to staffed hours rather than open hours - Convenient: Near subway and major roads - Free parking in large mall parking lot - Safe: In brightly lit mall with security, and outside of mall hours you enter through the entrance where the security and information desk sits, and it’s staffed as early as 6 AM (likely 24 hours, but I don’t know for sure); also, the entrance to the club is gated and you can’t get past the gate without a membership card - Staff were friendly and helpful the one time I interacted with them - Has all the equipment most people would want - Has lockers to store stuff while you’re working out - Unpretentious: All kinds of people with all kinds of fitness experience and goals work out here - There’s a Tim Hortons on the ground floor that opens at 6 AM, if you like a coffee fix before or while you’re working out (I do) Cons: - Gets busy: I go early, around 6 AM, usually on weekends, and by 7 AM there are already 20-30 people there, I’d guess; I’ve been at 11 AM on a Saturday and it’s packed, to the point where you’d likely have to wait to use certain equipment, and I didn’t feel like working out there then - Needs maintenance: Some lockers are broken, the paint is chipped and marked on the walls, at least one piece of equipment (cable machine) was broken, the pads on several machines are torn, and some of the cable machine attachments are worn out; it gives the place an appearance of being low quality and rundown - Gets messy: At 6 AM, there are paper towels on the floor, as well as water bottles; this contributes to the appearance of being rundown and not taken care of, though it’s probably not as bad during hours when it’s staffed - No outdoor-facing windows: The front faces an atrium, which is bright, but there are no windows with direct sunlight so it’s a bit dark inside Overall, I think it’s well worth the money if you’re just looking to do your workout and get on with your day. Management can improve things by: - Fixing maintenance issues - Doing a better job of cleaning up mess

Totally cool and chill place to work out. Seems accessible to all types of people. This is a very "No Frills" style of gym, but equipment is in great condition. Barbells in the Black Card Member room are literally brand new. I had fun. Enter through the West Tower.

The price of the gym is fair, nice to have tanning included with the black card membership. Downside, the black card room is really small at this location and it would be nice if there were more perks than just having dumbbells 1x 10lbs heavier than the normal room. I’m happy for the price and to keep coming here, especially since I train early AM (6-7:45am) when it’s not busy and I can train without waiting for equipment. If your someone who trains at peak times after work, expect a large crowd. Few things about the gym that I don’t like and could be improved by management: -Bathrooms are disgusting. I see the workers cleaning up at 7am on weekdays but that’s not enough. The floor in the single washroom needs to be mopped (smells like pee) and the edges of the toilet is all dusty and dirty. I have never seen the bathrooms cleaned on the weekend when the workers start at 11am. I have also had to request that soap be filled in the women’s washroom - No sanitizer available on the floor and the front entrance one has been empty for weeks. I keep one in my bag. - Many sanitizer spray bottles are empty. Maybe they need to be filled more frequently than they are -Dust all over the gym. Under dumbbells, on and under machines. Pretty disgusting. Everything feels sticky. Most gyms have a worker walking around 1x a day cleaning the machines with a cloth and cleaner. During Covid times, I feel having a gym this dirty is unsanitary. -No shower. Plan ahead to go back home if you train before work. -No water fountain. Basic necessity?? $3.25 for a water bottle in the vending machine is absurd. When dollarama in the mall is open across from the gym, you can get 1.5L for $1. I bring a 4L to the gym. -No wifi available. In this day and age, you’d think that’s pretty much standard everywhere. -I have been coming here for 3 weeks now and the same cardio machines have been broken the entire time. When will they get fixed? There’s a wide range of people that come here. I find some guys being creepy and staring at girls. It could make some females uncomfortable. In general though, the crowd seems respectful otherwise (the early crowd, I’m not sure about evenings). I have previously paid for expensive gyms and of course you get what you pay for. If there was a bigger and better gym closer to me, I wouldn’t come here. But keeping a gym clean and sanitary I think is standard…

Lawrence west mall location is really good value for money open 24hrs 7 days a week. Good combo of machine & free weights compared to other budget gym that typically has " either or ". Clean & relatively spacious. Has a neat family and gokd club member section, the hydro massage bed is really cool. Overall no real drawback for what you're paying for

I've worked out in different gyms from Barrie to Toronto. I would simply say, this location is really good. The staff are friendly and ensure the gym stays hygienic throughout its operating hours. It does crowded during peak hours (like any popular gym would) - so choose a time off peak and you should have a lot of equipment available. I have to say, even during peak time, you can find alternative machines for your workouts. Highly recommend!
