I have been training with Reid and I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer, he teaches you knowledge on working out, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and without a doubt you feel accomplished after his sessions.

Not only are staff members nice and helpful, but I’ve been training with Reid and he’s by far one of the best trainers I have ever worked with - very knowledgeable and motivating. Sam was very helpful and accommodating to me, and he even introduced me to Reid. Since then, I've been personal training with Reid, and he's been fantastic!! He's such a great guy, and he's very knowledgeable and understanding. He has not only changed my perspective on nutrition and fitness, but he has also helped me gain confidence in myself!! Reid pushes you to be your best self, both physically and mentally. Reid is definitely worth every penny!! He is your man if you're looking for an amazing personal trainer!

Same took good care of me and continues to do so by setting me up with the Reid for my first 1 on 1 Training session. Reid is well educated on how to maintain a good exercise and meal balance that best suits each individual. He took me through a series of workouts to help me familiarize myself with what my body needs! Thank you to Sam and Reid for their continued great service. I suggest anyone to join this location !

He’s not only experienced in proper form and routine but a super sweet guy who is open to providing high quality service to anyone. The facilities are also great and kept clean. They have lots of room to workout and a super nice staff.
