★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my fav store ...i only buy clothes from suzy ...good collection but limited plus size clothes ...the only thing i dont like i lost my suzy loyalty card i was told i have to buy another one which is 25$ ..my only concern is why i hv to buy new card why i can't get fr free . from other brand stores i got new loyalty card free so suzy is such a famous brand they should look in to this issue wht if someone lost there wallet why they hv to buy new card

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They advertise that they sell extended sizes but they have a specified "plus size" section which is extremely small and limited to black.
The rest of the clothes are mostly available in small or medium - the salespeople say they quickly sell out of the larger sizes but if that is the case I think they should learn to stock their stores better.
Ultimately I have tried to buy on 3 occasions and have only purchased 1 item so I wouldn't consider this a great option when there are so many alternatives available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman did not fold back my clothes while I was purchasing items. She also asked me to put the clothes I tired, back on hanger which is her job to do. I haven't been treated so rude by anyone before. I wish manager can fire her soon she is pathetic and rude and she ruined my day. I have been suzy customer since 3 years. I am no longer going to return to buy anything from this store again. You just lost a permanent customer. ????

The only thing it would be nice to improve are the change rooms. Floors are dirty, no place to put your belongings on. Other than that. All great

They have no change rooms and I agree 100% but let somebody exchange their purchase!! I didn’t want my money back I just wanted to exchange!
Hello COVID… nobody wants to be stuck with something they can’t wear. Money is at a premium and who I give it to is my decision. Also who I tell about your bad customer service is my choice???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never trust this Suzy Shier store again, the sales associate mislead me, she sold me a membership that I do not need, under the pretext of getting the %40 discount that they display in their store! They have a big sign that said %40 off for new arrival with no explanation. in fact, membership is not required to receive the %40 off, it will give you only an additional %10 off. I ended up paying almost $30 more for a membership I will never use, whereas I would pay much less if I had bought the same product from the company's online store. last but not least the sales associate said the purchase is not eligible for a return, only exchange or store credit!!
I need an explanation from the management of Suzy Shier.
