I didn't catch the persons name but she was awesome, very nice, helpful, they didn't even have the size I wanted but they made sure to order and ship to my home address. Cannot wait to receive the boots I ordered.

Y	Yamini Parikh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought shoes from here on Sunday evening tried for half hour and it was not comfortable so Tuesday I went to return that the person at counter was so rude and not helpful at all it was around 4 in evening I ask her name she did not gave me and I ask for manager she said she is the manager when ch is wrong because she was not for sure and I check other shoes in store most of them was dirty from bottom so when I bought the shoes in hurry did not check bottom it might be there before it was $125 plus tax so not cheap and they refuse to give me store credit as well so pathetic service I don’t recommend the person was there is young girl with curly hair and glasses she doesn’t give her name so I have to write this so upset ?

I had come in to look at some shoes for my sons upcoming birthday party, and was taking my time looking at what they had available. Right from the beginning I was treated very rudely by the associate by the name of Sophia. I asked her for assistance many times and each time I was given a dirty look and advised she was busy. I was shocked and disgusted at the lack of customer service skills someone could possess! There were not too many customers inside the store at the time and thus I was able to see that she was following me around the isles! I thought nothing of it until I overheard her speaking to another associate and say “Ya these are the ones we have to watch out for, they usually steal”, I was BEYOND shocked as I looked over and saw her gesturing towards me. Being a biracial male I immediately knew she was speaking of me. I was beyond shocked that this type of racism can still exist in such a great country in 2021!!! I walked out with the look of utter embarrassment on my face. I am a 35 years old male and it just hurt to experience this type of behaviour now. Aldo Canada please train your employees! This is not acceptable!!!

I answered yes and she looked at me what do you want to wear like today??? And this is your style!!!!!!!!In your opinion you are fashion, !!!!!!!!she saw my resume and after that called me and I never had experience in the fashion industry!!!!!!!!! she mannered me unprofessional .I am really so sorry for aldo to having this rude manager .
B	Business Email on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s very important guys , make sure to read it : I bought an earrings from this brand , they told me it’s not returnable or replaceable. I said ok that’s fine . Because I liked the design & I matched it with a necklace which also was from this brand . When I came home , I tried to wear the earrings, I’m shocked ? because it wasn’t standard at all & I spent more than 1 hour in front of the mirror to put it on my ear ??‍♀️ But it wasn’t fitted! Because earrings lock was shorter than my ear ? so I decided to return or exchange it (because of this reasonable reason) . A very Rude girl which was the manager of the store ? was telling me it’s final sale we can’t return it , I told her this isn’t standard earrings how can I use it ? She said gift it to someone else! ? they didn’t listen to what I said at all . After all , I told them I will share my terrible experience with my followers , the very rude girl told me GO AND TELL TO THE WHOLE WORLD ? ! I thought She just didn’t care about the customer but after that I found that she didn’t care about anything ? even the name of the brand! She didn’t tell me her name , if I knew it I would definitely write it here . But she was the manager of the store . I’m really sorry for this brand ? A BIG NO for them . It’s my second terrible customer service experience in this store. Please DON’T SUPPORT this brand because they’re NOT supporting you as a customer ??? Pleas DON’T SPEND your valuable money in this brand, because they’ll give you a piece of useless stuff for an expensive price , with NO Customer service ?

So after 2-3 days we came back to return the uncomfortable shoe ? they didn’t accept that ? one girl with curly & blond hair with black eyes works there which I don’t know her name , told me we can’t return the shoes if you wear it , so the problem is how we can understand the shoe is comfortable or not ? Just by seeing it ? Ow It’s so funny! Also this is my first time I had this terrible experience in return items ??‍♀️ this brand ALDO , especially this location on Richmond hill is not safe place to buy or return anything, because they are not responsible for the bad quality of their products & you will lose your money & hurts your leg . Spend your valuable money in valuable brand which respects your rights, not this kind of store ?
