★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good prices. Good sales. Walked in looking for a particular item and found what I was looking for but in the wrong color. Base prices seemed a bit high but sale prices brought the prices more comparable with the department stores. Staff were friendly and store was well lit and laid out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not have a good experience at this location during check out, where I was prevented from receiving my CAA discount without first providing my name and postal code. I have purchased from this location before and was never required to provide as a condition of sale and promotion my private information. If this is a policy of RW (which I doubt that it is), I hope that the appropriate level of management address this with staff as it is ridiculous to require this information as a condition of sale.

I made an order on January 02 2021 and still waiting for my order as of Jan 21 2021. Can a customer rep please contact me? Poor service all around

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just walked in and was browsing the new styles and merchandise.
I was not greeted nor was I approached by any staff to ask if I needed any help. The store was pretty empty to begin with, nobody was at the register for me to ask for assistance.
When the two females finally came outside, one made eye contact with me and then ignored me. They seem to be more busy stocking their inventory than assist me. I proceeded to just walk out.
Overall, the store is well kept and the new dress shirts are wonderful.
I just rather take my business to another RWCO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online ordering is a joke. They put my order on hold for two days and after 10 tries of contacting them by phone and email for their mistake, they cancelled my order altogether. Why are you so disorganized? They refuse to let me speak with their manager. They emailed me about releasing the hold and the two emails disappeared from my inbox! Scammers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love their clothes and their styles. They match my taste in clothing. I have been shopping (both purchase and return) with RW&CO for a long time and they haven’t failed to deliver good quality so far.
The store is well-maintained and there are lots of parking spots available in the Hillcrest Mall parking lot.
