Worst customer service ever.
Just because (I have allergy and refuse to sanitize my hands, but I put on my hands disposable gloves) she was screamed on me "go out "
Even another customers and people who was near the store keeps telling her that she is not right and she not supposed to be so rude
ARIEL( the name she provided me) - THE WORST MANAGER EVER...
Feel sorry about the stor with such unprofessional and rude management

Yesterday I watched the situation from outside of the store. One of the store staff (as she told later, she is the manager of this store ) was so rude with customers that I could not stay away.
She was screaming at everyone who entered the store, in a non-disagreeable manner pushed them disinfect their hands. She does not allow anyone to touch anything.
Several times she provoked customers into conflict. I saw that the ladies were delicately waiting for the help of another person and did not respond to the provocation.
Store manager was so rude. That I considered it my duty to reprimand her and intercede for the ladys.
I am surprised that such an incompetent person is a manager of this store.

Ariel is so knowledgeable about all the products, made me LOVE Yves Roches and switch from my long term use of pricy Saryna Key and Morrocanoil hair products and shiseido skin care. She is amazing. Store was busy but she was able to multi task and help every one who was inside the store. Kind and helpful impossible not to like. You should be training otherβs how to provide such a great knowledgeable customer service. Yver Roches Lucky to have you! β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ
