If you are into k-beauty or interested in trying k-beauty product's this is a place to shop. The staff was friendly & eager to help me. Prices are reasonable & I purchased many products that I needed. I received samples to try out that I might be interested in purchasing on my next visit there. I would shop here again!

Jennifer is very helpful and the store has a lot of amazing products. And the price is good! Best customer service you'll ever have. I had a very bad and super sensitive skin. But now... my skin is sooo much better.

Very helpful staff. It was was my first time buying any Korean beauty product and the helpful young lady explained everything, made recommendations etc and gave me free samples to try. Will definitely ho back again.

Best place for top Korean skin care brands at low prices So glad I found this place again! They used to have a smaller shop in pacific mall, and I would go all the time because of their amazing deals! Unfortunately they don’t have in store shopping yet but I was able to send them an email of everything I was looking for, and within the hour I heard back from them with prices and the opportunity to choose what I wanted. I was able to pick up the same day and got free samples as well! Customer service is amazing and so are their prices, definitely check them out!

I love this store! They have lots of popular Korean skincare brands like Dr. Jart, CosRx, Missha, etc at discounted prices. The store associate was very friendly and helped me find products that would match my skincare needs. Lots of things to choose from with great service. I highly recommend stopping in for your skincare needs!

Wanted to try Korean products and I didn’t have any knowledge on K-products. Jen was so good and very patiently she walked me through all brands, listened to me nicely and recommended nice products. Cant wait to try!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND HERE anymore. You can get allergic reaction/chemical damage from their product but they still won’t do returns or exchanges? LOL Seem to be really great first. Today, they showed that their true intentions since they don’t allow returns/exchanges when they sell products to apply on your skin. What a distressing experience this was. They had made up excuse saying they don’t allow returns/exchanges just because they’re an “outlet”. I recently bought their product; FarmStay Cica Baking Powder and it made a huge rash on my face when I only used not even half of one little bag (out of 25). Not every skin is the same and all cosmetic retails based in Canada has a positive refunds/exchanges policy especially when there was a negative reaction on the skin. The girl sitting at cashier front was very adamant at first that they don’t allow returns/exchanges despite me telling her that I had a allergic reaction to their product and lied that I didn’t explain to her about the situation to make it seem like she wasn’t so adamant about it. It took three distressed adults to ask for refund because of their ridiculous made up store policy. It is truly disappointing since this was a great place to expose yourself to Korean beauty/skincare. How would people be willing to continue to buy if they don’t allow the basic return/exchange policy? It just seems sneaky that and it just shows that all they want is money & don’t give a care whether their customers skin burnt off or had allergic rash. Never would I recommend this place again to anyone with their ridiculous store policy and bad customer service behaviour. Especially not recommending for those who are new to kbeauty/skincare and want to try for themselves. Edit: I appreciate that you took the time to respond as their manager but you should understand that customers are applying your products on their bare skin & will have different reactions as everyone has different skin types. Of course KBeauty Outlet as a cosmetic retailer, would have thought that you must understand that since that is the basis of what you sell? If not returns, at least exchanges because you guys were clearly not going to compensate the damage it caused from your product. I did not come here to compensate for the damage but for a hopeful return or exchange since I wanted you to take our money anyway. Clearly as I can see, still full of yourself, seems that KBEAUTY were selling a lot of expired products. I understand that they were not opened or sold for so called “sold of less”. I could have come back asking for a full refund from whole purchase because I’m sure you are not supposed to sell expired items as any type of retailer? But don’t worry, from your response it shows a proper lack of remorse as you believe that you are in the right. Won’t be coming back here anyway nor recommending potential customers. Take care

A great selection of Korean beauty goods at a very affordable price. I was surprised to find some more rare brands there in-store. I generally shop online for the best price on Korean skincare brands, but this store is super comparable. The kind woman at the counter also gave so many samples and I didn't even spend much! I'll be back!
