β β β β β I am a fan of Whoo and was looking to buy their skin care products and found this shop. I was so happy that they offer wide range of Korean products. The staffs are pleasant and knowledgeable provide me honest advice. I'm also purchased their fascial packages and enjoy every session of their treatment. The esthetician is awesome and very skilful it's truly a great place to relax and pamper yourself.

We all love the outcomes of each session. Glowing and boosting our faces. The customer service very helpful, guides me which products works the best with my skin type.

β β β β β It was my first facial ever and I really liked it! The staff was really professional, nice and friendly. I tried regular treatment today and it was amazing that I want to try other treatments next time again. I was afraid of having a facial because of covid, but it made me feel relived that they were covering their face with the face shield and sanitizing the room. I would definitely recommend here!!

This was the most hydrating facial I have ever received. I purchased the same treatment for my friend for her birthday. Iβm sure sheβs going to love it as much as I did. This is truly what Iβve been looking for.

β β β β β My friend took me here to get a facial as a birthday treat and I have been going back ever since and I have recommended it to others. Each facial also includes a surprising amount of massaging for your neck and shoulder areas. It's the ultimate self-care.
I purchased one of their packaged bundles and they are amazing at creating packages that cater to your skin type needs. I made sure to book an appointment before my wedding day and I had radiant skin. I loved the O HUI set I received for after care also and have been getting many compliments which is suited to combat my dryskin type. It feels clearer, even toned and glows!

β β β β β I had a facial massage first time here before lockdown, it was amazing and fantastic customer service / professional skills from facial massage therapist staffs.
since then, I bought a facial package right away. it was reasonable price and great service. No regret..
Highly recommend people who want to treat their skin professionally, also want to know what skin type you have so that you can use proper cosmetics and products since the shop has a skin diagnose machine.

β β β β β I have been a patron of this Spa for several years. I've referred friends and I've purchased gift cards for my friends to enjoy a facial that seemed both good quality and reasonable priced. However after the change in management, the quality dropped and the price increased twice without notice. Since I had at least 15 facials there over the years, I know when a step is skipped or how much a treatment should last. I've complained at the end of the session and was given a 10% discount. The price I ended up paying was 15% higher than the price I paid 2 months before and the session was 65 min instead of 90 min. The receptionist promised I will get a call from Jason the owner. There was no call. Very disappointing. Would not return.

β β β β β I am giving 5stars for Jane's service. She was fantastic. Excellent customer service, spoke about the products and was really helpful. It's been over a week I am yet to see the effect on my skin, I am really hopeful that after the money spent, I'll be happy soon.
